المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة توافر معايير الجمعية الدولية للتكنولوجيا في التعليم (ISTEL 2018) لدى مديري مدارس الحلقة الثانية للتعليم الأساسي بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، تم بناء استبانة بالرجوع إلى معايير الجمعية الدولية للتكنولوجيا في التعليم (ISTE-2018)، وتكونت الاستبانة من (5) معايير (مجالات) و(24) مؤشرا على توافرها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (53) مديرا ومديرة من مديري مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لتوافر معايير الجمعية الدولية للتكنولوجيا في التعليم في لدى مديري مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية كانت كبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.60)، وبنسبة مئوية (86.6%)، كما كانت درجة توافر كل معيار من المعايير بدرجة كبيرة، حيث حصل معيار التحسين المستمر والنمو المهني على الرتبة الأولى وبنسبة توافر (90.3%)، وجاء في الرتبة الثانية معيار تمكين القائد، وبنسبة توافر (90%)، تلاه في الرتبة الثالثة معيار الإنصاف والمواطنة، وبنسبة توافر (88%)، بينما احتل الرتبة الرابعة معيار مخطط لرؤية مستقبلية ونسبة توافر (87%) وجاء في الرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة معيار مصمم للأنظمة وبنسبة توافر (86.3%)، ولم تظهر النتائج فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توافر معايير (ISTE) لدى مديري المدارس تبعا لمتغير الجنس أو المؤهل العلمي، في حين ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توافر معايير (ISTE-2018) لدى مديري المدارس تبعا لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية على معيار مخطط لرؤية مستقبلية لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 7 سنوات)، مقابل الخبرة (7 - 12 سنة)، وعلى معيار تمكين القائد لصالح ذوي الخبرة الوظيفية (7-12 سنة)، مقابل الخبرة (12 سنة فاكثر)، وعلى معيار مصمم للأنظمة لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 7 سنوات)، مقابل الخبرة (7-12 سنة)، وعلى معيار التحسين المستمر والنمو المهني لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 7 سنوات)، مقابل الخبرة (7 - 12 سنة)، في حين لم تظهر هذه الفروق الدالة إحصائيا على الدرجة الكلية للخبرة الوظيفية؛ وقد أوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة تعزير توافر المعايير لدى المديرين والحث على توظيفها في ممارساتمهم التربوية، واهتمام القائمين بوزارة التربية والتعليم على تضمين برامج الإنماء المهني لمديري المدارس على معايير (ISTE) لدى القادة التربويين.

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTEL2018) among the principals of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in the Governorate of South Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of some variables (2018). The questionnaire consisted of (5) criteria and (24) indicators of its availability. The study sample consisted of (53) principals from among the principals of the second cycle of basic education schools in the Governorate of South Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study showed that the total degree of availability of the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education among the principals of the schools of the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate was large, with a mean of (2.60), and a percentage (86.6%), and the degree of availability of each of the standards was significant. The criterion for continuous improvement and professional growth was ranked first, with a percentage of availability (90.3%), and in the second rank came the criterion of empowerment of the leader, with a percentage of availability (90%), followed by the third rank is the criterion of fairness and citizenship, with a percentage of availability (88%), while the fourth rank was occupied by the criterion A blueprint for a future vision with an availability rate of (87%), and in the fifth and last rank came a standard designed for systems with an availability rate of (86.3%). The results did not show statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of (ISTE) standards for school principals according to the gender or educational qualification variable, while the results appeared statistically significant differences for the degree of availability of (ISTE-2018) standards for school principals according to the variable of teaching experience on a standard planned for a future vision in favor of experienced (less than 7 years), versus experience (7-12 years), and on the criterion of empowering the leader for the benefit of experienced Functional (7-12 years), versus stubbornness 12 years and over), on a standard designed for systems in favor of experienced (less than 7 years) versus experience (7-12 years), and on a standard of continuous improvement and professional growth in favor of experienced (less than 7 years), versus experience (7) -12 years). While these differences did not appear statistically indicative of the total degree of job experience; The researchers recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of enhancing the availability of standards for principals and urging their use in their educational practices, and the interest of those in charge of the Ministry of Education to include professional development programs for school principals on the standards (ISTE) of educational leaders.
