المستخلص: تكثر في لغة السياسة النصوص الحجاجية التي تهدف إلى إقناع المتلقي بما يدور فيها من موضوعات مختلفة كما هو الحال في الخطابات السياسية، حيث يعمل السياسيون على تبرير عملهم السياسي للمواطنين وتقديم الحجج على ذلك من خلال المواقف السياسية المتنوعة والمتعددة ويدعمون آرائهم بينما يهاجمون ويقوضون آراء المعارضين بالحجج، ويقللون من قيمة آراء الخصم لكي يظهروا أمام أنصارهم كمحل ثقة ويمكنهم ذلك حشدهم بسهولة. وللحجاج أهمية كبرى في بنية هذه النصوص ووظائفها التواصلية والحضارية والثقافية. يهدف هذه البحث إلى تحليل أحد الخطابات السياسية للمستشار النمساوي ورئيس الحزب الديمقراطي الاجتماعي السابق كريستيان كيرن (Christian Kern) ومعالجته من منظور علم لغة النص، من أجل توضيح خصائصه وسماته النصية اللغوية والحجاجية التي تحقق هدفها التواصلي من خلال البسط الحجاجي لموضوع النص (تفكيك البنية الموضوعية الحجاجية للنص) في نصوص الخطابات السياسية، ويبين وظائفها من خلال الآليات الحجاجية المستخدمة والمتناولة، وتحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الأسئلة الأتية: ما أهم نوع الفرضيات في الخطابات السياسية؟، كيف يتم تناولها داخل النص بشكل حجاجي؟، وما هي البنية الحجاجية لنص الخطاب السياسي؟، كيف يتم إعادة صياغة الحجج وتقيمها؟، ما هي وظائف الحجاج في النص؟، ما هي العلاقة بين وظيفة النص البسط الحجاجي للموضوع في الخطاب السياسي؟

In der Politik findet man häufig argumentative Texte, in denen man den Hörer/Leser von etwas überzeugen will, was z. B. bei politischen Reden der Fall ist. Die Politiker führen den Menschen bestimmte Gründe, Beweise oder Folgen ihrer Handung an. Ziel ihrer überzeugungsorientierten Argumentation ist es, dass Menschen von bestimmten Sachverhalten zu überzeugen. Sie versuchen also damit, die eigene Einstellung zu stärken und die gegnerische Position zu schwächen. Das Gewicht solcher Texte liegt also in der Regel auf der Argumentation. Die Analyse der Argumentation bzw. der argumentative Themenentfaltung in politischen Reden/Texten steht in diesem Beitrag im Vordergrund. Dabei wird die Struktur und die Funktion der Argumentation anhand von einer Rede des ehemaligen österreichischen Bundeskanzlers und SPÖ-Obmanns Christian Kern untersucht. Die Rede wird als Textsorte mit Methoden der linguistischen Textanalyse ermittelt. Der Beitrag behandelt in diesem Rahmen die folgenden Fragen: Wie wird in der politischen Rede argumentiert? Wie werden die Textthemen argumentativ entwickelt? Wie werden Argumente rekonstruiert und beurteilt? Welche Funktionen haben die Argumentationen? Und anschließend Welcher Zusammenhang besteht zwischen der Textfunktion und der argumentativen Themenentfalutung in politischer Rede?

In the realm of politics, argumentative texts are prevalent, aiming to persuade recipients on various topics, as often seen in political speeches. Politicians endeavour to justify their political actions to citizens, presenting arguments and supporting their viewpoints while critiquing and discrediting opposing opinions and belittling the value of the opinions of their opponents to appear trustworthy in front of their supporters. This also enables them to mobilize their supporters easily. Argumentative strategies play a significant role in these texts and their communicative, civilizational, and cultural functions effectively. This research seeks to analyze a political speech delivered by the Austrian Chancellor and former head of the Social Democratic Party, Christian Kern, from the perspective of textual linguistics. It aims to elucidate the linguistic and argumentative characteristics of the speech, examines how they contribute to achieving its communicative goals through the argumentative expansion of the text's theme (deconstructing its thematic argumentative structure) in the texts of political speeches and explains their functions through argumentative mechanisms used and dealt with. The study attempts to address several key questions: What are the primary types of hypotheses in political discourses? How are they presented within the text in an argumentative manner? What constitutes the argumentative structure of political discourse texts? How are arguments formulated and evaluated? What functions do the arguments serve within the text? What is the relationship between the text's function and the argumentative expansion of the theme in political discourse? This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
