المستخلص: The food industries and their contribution to the GDP are among the most important economic indicators that express the role of these industries in serving the national economy. It was found that the food industries’ contribution to Egypt’s GDP amounted to about 7.8% in 2005, while in 2019 it amounted to about 10.2%, with an increase of about 10.2%. About 2.4%, with an estimated annual growth rate of 2.3%, and an average of 8.7% for the year. Employment is one of the most important pillars upon which the food industries sector in Egypt is based. The Egyptian employment registered in the food industries sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt amounted in 2005 to about 5 million workers, while in 2019 it amounted to about 6.8 million workers, an increase of about 1.8% from Total employment, an annual growth rate of about 2.7%, and a general average of about 8.7 million workers. And by studying the general time trend of the evolution of the contribution of food industry exports to the total Egyptian merchandise exports in the period 2005/ 2019.The evolution of the value of exports, imports and the trade balance of food industries in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the period (2005 - 2019), where the average value of Egyptian food industries exports amounted to about $3,426.13 million. Evaluation of the financial performance of the Egyptian Food Company. The financial analysis is carried out using many indicators that are important in studying the financial and credit position of the facility and judging the results of its business. This method is based on comparing the numbers of the financial statements with each other, where the facility is in a sound financial position if it is There is a proportionality between different types of assets and liabilities or between different types of expenses and revenues, while the selection of financial ratios in the analysis and evaluation depends on the available data. An evaluation of the efficiency of the financial and economic performance of the Egyptian Food Company was conducted using estimates of some indicators during the period (2015- 2019).

إن الصناعات الغذائية ومساهمتها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي من أهم المؤشرات الاقتصادية التي تعبر عن دور هذه الصناعات في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني، وتبين أن مساهمة الصناعات الغذائية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لمصر بلغت حوالي 7.8% عام 2005 في حين بلغت عام 2019 حوالي 10.2% بزيادة بلغت حوالي 2.4%، وبمعدل نمو سنوي قدر بحوالي 2.3% وبمتوسط عام 8.7% تعتبر العمالة هي أحد أهم الركائز التي يرتكز عليها قطاع الصناعات الغذائية في مصر، أن العمالة المصرية المسجلة في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية بجمهورية مصر العربية بلغت عام 2005 حوالي 5 مليون عامل في حين بلغت عام 2019 حوالي 6.8 مليون عامل، بزيادة بلغت حوالي 1.8% من إجمالي العمالة، ومعدل نمو سنوي بلغ حوالي 2.7%، ومتوسط عام بلغ حوالي 8.7 مليون عامل. وبدراسة الاتجاه الزمني العام لتطور مساهمة صادرات الصناعات الغذائية في إجمالي الصادرات السلعية المصرية في الفترة 2005/ 2019 تطور قيمة الصادرات والواردات والميزان التجاري للصناعات الغذائية في جمهورية مصر العربية خلال الفترة (2005- 2019) حيث بلغ متوسط قيمة صادرات الصناعات الغذائية المصرية نحو 3426.13 مليون دولار تقييم الأداء المالي للشركة المصرية للغذاء يتم التحليل المالي باستخدام العديد من المؤشرات التي لها أهمية في دراسة المركز المالي والائتماني للمنشأة والحكم على نتائج أعمالها، وتقوم هذه الطريقة على أساس مقارنة أرقام القوائم المالية ببعضها البعض، حيث تكون المنشأة في مركز مالي سليم إذا كان هناك تناسب بين مختلف أنواع الأصول والخصوم أو بين مختلف أنواع المصروفات والإيرادات، بينما يتوقف اختيار النسب المالية في التحليل والتقييم على البيانات والمتاحة وقد تم إجراء تقييم كفاءة الأداء المالي والاقتصادي للشركة المصرية للغذاء باستخدام تقديرات بعض المؤشرات خلال الفترة (2015- 2019).
