المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مشكلات إدارة البيئة المدرسية في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد- 19) من وجهة نظر مدراء مدارس مديرية تربية مادبا، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن مدى وجود اختلاف بين وجهات نظرهم باختلاف: الجنس، سنوات الخبرة)، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة، وعملت الباحث على إعداد أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد قسم الباحث الاستبانة إلى قسمين: القسم الأول تضمن بيانات أفراد عينة الدراسة الديمغرافية، والقسم الثاني اشتمل على فقرات الاستبانة والتي بلغ مجموعها (12) فقرة. واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها على جميع مدراء مدارس تربية مادبا في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2021-2022 والبالغ عددهم (22) وبواقع (10) مدير و(12) مديرة. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متوسط الدرجة الكلية لمشكلات إدارة البيئة المدرسية في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) من وجهة نظر مدراء مدارس مديرية تربية مادبا جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.68) وانحراف معياري (0.18)، كما تراوحت جميع فقرات أداة الدراسة بين الدرجة المتوسطة والمرتفعة، وكانت الفقرة التي تشير إلى عدم مناسبة مساحة المبنى للقوة البشرية في المدرسة الأعلى متوسطا بين الفقرات، أما أقل الفقرات متوسطا فهي الفقرة التي تنص على "قصور دور المعلمين في تعزيز دافعية الطلبة للتعلم". كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المشكلات تعزى لمتغير الجنس، حيث بلغت قيمة ف (0.164) وهي قيمة غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05). كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المرونة النفسية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، حيث بلغت قيمة ف (0.867) وهي قيمة غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة إعداد وزارة التربية والتعليم لجنة مختصة يوكل لها دراسة مناسبة مساحة المبنى للقوة البشرية في المدرسة. إضافة إلى توفير الغرف الصفية الخاصة لتنفيذ برامج التعلم في ظل جائحة كورونا في كل مدرسة وبما يتناسب مع أعداد الطلبة في الصفوف الأولى.

This study aimed to reveal the problems of managing the school environment considering the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) from the point of view of the school principals of the Madaba Education Directorate, in addition to revealing the extent to which there is a difference between their views according to: gender, years of experience), and the researcher followed the descriptive approach. The researcher worked on preparing the study tool (the questionnaire) and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The researcher divided the questionnaire into two parts: the first part included the data of the demographic study sample members, and the second part included the questionnaire items, which totaled (12) items. The study population and its sample included all the principals of schools of education in Madaba in the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022, numbering (22), (10) principals and (12) principals. The results of the study concluded that the average total score for the problems of managing the school environment in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) from the point of view of the school principals of the Madaba Education Directorate was medium with an arithmetic mean (3.68) and a standard deviation (0.18), and all the items of the study tool ranged between The average and high degree, and the paragraph that refers to the inadequacy of the building space for manpower in the school was the highest average between the paragraphs, and the lowest average paragraphs is the paragraph that states “the lack of the role of teachers in enhancing students’ motivation to learn.” The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of problems due to the gender variable, where the value of P (0.164) was not statistically significant at the level of significance (α = 0.05). It was also found that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological resilience due to the variable years of experience, where the value of P is (.8670), which is a non-statistically significant value at the significance level (α = 0.05). Considering the results of the study, the researcher recommended that the Ministry of Education prepare a specialized committee to be entrusted with an appropriate study of the building space for manpower in the school. In addition to providing special classrooms to implement learning programs considering the Corona pandemic in each school and in proportion to the number of students in the classroom.
