المستخلص: The study aims at understanding The Role of the Information Technology on Improving the Quality Level of Healthy Services at University Hospitals, A field study was conducted on a sample of was conducted on a sample of university hospital employees, and a sample of patients who were treated by the hospital, by distributing (120) survey lists. The statistical analysis process was done based on the outputs of the SPSS / PC statistical (25) program for analysis. The study concluded several results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of information technology capabilities and improving the quality of health services in these hospitals, and that there is a significant effect of technology capabilities in improving the quality of health services in university hospitals in the Upper Egypt sector at the level of significance (a≤0.05).
