المستخلص: There is no doubt that the Administrative thought is constantly seeking to answer the questions related to developments and changes in the business environment that affect the various administrative decisions. It also seeks to answer the concerns faced by the managers in the different jobs And administrative levels, Especially Those relating to the decision- by finding solutions that enable the Director to exercise its functions and reach its goals in better conditions; And human resources management Like other administrations, are subject to these developments and changes and are influenced by new management ideas; Modern administrative thought has given special importance to this administration; And has become an important Administration; Especially it deals with the most important resource in the enterprise; It is a human resource, which became seen as the secret of excellence, Which has become a goal of many modern enterprises. From this article, we will try to find out the impact of the development of administrative thought and its impact on the management practices of modern enterprises, In general and we also try to extrapolate the reality of human resources management practices in the Algerian institution in light of this modern administrative thought human resource management practices in particular.
