المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق خطوات اتخاذ القرار في إدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة من وجهة نظر مشرفيها، والكشف عن إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مشرفي إدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة حول درجة تطبيق خطوات اتخاذ القرار بإدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات (التخصص، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: أن درجة تطبيق خطوات اتخاذ القرار في إدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة من وجهة نظر مشرفيها جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، أن درجة تطبيق كل بعد من الأبعاد في إدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة من وجهة نظر مشرفيها جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وجاء ترتيب خطوات اتخاذ القرار في إدارة شؤون المعلمين بتعليم جدة من وجهة نظر مشرفيها كالتالي: البعد الخامس (عملية متابعة وتقييم نتائج القرار) جاء في الترتيب الأول، يليه في الترتيب الثاني البعد الرابع (عملية تنفيذ القرار).

The research aims to reveal the degree of application of decision-making steps in the management of teacher affairs in Jeddah education from the point of view of its supervisors, and to detect if there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of supervisors of teacher affairs in Jeddah education about the degree of application of decision-making steps in the management of teacher affairs in Jeddah education This is due to the different variables (specialization, number of years of experience, educational qualification). Among the most prominent results of the research: that the degree of application of decision-making steps in the management of teacher affairs in Jeddah education from the point of view of its supervisors came to a (medium) degree, that the degree of application of each of the dimensions in the management of teacher affairs in Jeddah education from the point of view of its supervisors came at a (medium) degree. The order of decision-making steps in the management of teachers’ affairs in Jeddah education from the point of view of its supervisors is as follows: The fifth dimension (the process of following up and evaluating the results of the decision) came in the first order, followed by the fourth dimension (the process of implementing the decision) in the second arrangement.
