|a إن آخر إصلاح في المنظومة التربوية بالجزائر هو اعتماد استراتيجية المقاربة بالكفاءات في التدريس، وذلك من أجل أن يكون المتعلم محورا للعملية التعليمية، ويكون المعلم موجها للدرس، لأنه كلما شارك المتعلم في الدرس، كلما كانت المعلومات أرسخ، وتبعا لذلك أصبح الهدف تكوين كفاءات عند المتعلم. فهل فعلا تطبق المنظومة التربوية هذه المقاربة؟ أم أنها حبر على ورق المنهاج فقط؟ ومن خلال الإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية نهدف إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق هذا الإصلاح في نشاط المطالعة بالمرحلة الثانوية. وقد جاءت نتائج الإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية تشير إلى وجود ملامح المقاربة بالكفاءات، وفي الوقت ذاته غياب تطبيقها الدقيق الكلي، بكل الخطوات التي تنص عليها، والمبادئ التي تتبناها، فلم نجد أسسها وقوانينها كاملة التطبيق، بل وجدنا ملمحا منها في بعض الحصص.
|b The latest reform in the educational system in Algeria is the adoption of a strategy of approaching competencies in teaching, in order for the learner to be the focus of the educational process, and the teacher to be directed to the lesson, because the more the learner participates in the lesson, the more solid the information, and accordingly the goal became the formation of competencies at the learner. Does the educational system actually apply this approach? Or is it ink on curriculum paper only? By answering this problem, we aim to know the extent to which this reform is applied in the reading activity at the secondary level. The results of the answer to this problem indicate the presence of the features of the competency approach, and at the same time the absence of its complete and accurate application, with all the steps it stipulates, but there it apart from it in the some classes.
