المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية في التعرف على أسباب وأثار ظاهرة التنمر لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، فضلا عن التعرف على الطرق والأساليب التي تتبعها معلمات رياض الأطفال في تهذيب الأطفال الذين يعانون من التنمر، إذ استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة الدراسة معلمات رياض الأطفال في مديرية تربية الرصافة الثالثة البالغ عددهن (142) معلمة، إذ استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1-تبين إن استجابات أفراد عينة البحث على فقرة (أسباب التنمر لدى طفل الرياض من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال) بلغ متوسط الموافقة العام (3.55 من 5) والتي تشير إلى خيار موافق على أداة البحث. 2-جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث على محور (آثار التنمر على الضحايا من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال)، إذ بلغ متوسط الموافقة العام على هذا المحور مقدار (4.07 من 5) وهذه النتيجة تتفق مع دراسة أندرو التي هدفت إلى معرفة معدل انتشار أشكال السلوك التنمري في مرحلة رياض الأطفال في اليونان، وبينت أن للتنمر أثرا تظهر على الأطفال المعرضون للتنمر سواء كان هذا الأثر جسدي أو نفسي. 3-في حين بلغ متوسط الموافقة العام لمحور (ما الطرق والأساليب التي تتبعها معلمات رياض الأطفال في تهذيب الأطفال الذين لديهم تنمر) مقدار (4.07 من 5) وتشير هذه النتيجة إلى وجود تقارب في استجابات عينة أفراد البحث على هذا المحور.

The current study aimed at identifying the causes and effects of bullying in children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers, as well as identifying the methods and methods that kindergarten teachers follow in disciplining children who suffer from bullying, as the current study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample included female teachers Kindergartens in the Directorate of Education Rusafa third, numbering (100) teachers, as the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1. It was found that the responses of the members of the research sample to the paragraph (the reasons for bullying in the kindergarten child from the point of view of kindergarten teachers) reached an average general approval of (3.55 out of 5), which indicates an option that agrees with the research tool. 2. The responses of the members of the research sample came on the axis (the effects of bullying on the victims from the point of view of kindergarten teachers), the average general approval on this axis was (4.07 out of 5), and this result is consistent with Andrew's study, which aimed to know the rate of prevalence of forms of bullying behavior In the kindergarten stage in Greece, she showed that bullying has an effect on children exposed to bullying, whether this effect is physical or psychological. 3. While the general average for the axis (What are the methods and methods that kindergarten teachers follow in disciplining children who have bullying) reached (4.07 out of 5) and this result indicates that there is convergence in the responses of the sample of the research individuals on this axis.
