هدف البحث إلى توضيح إمكانية توظيف البرامج التطبيقية لمستحدثات التكنولوجيا ومدى إسهامها في تحقيق الجودة في مجلات العملية التعليمية، ولبيان ذلك أتبع في البحث منهجية التوصيف والتحليل لما ورد من أدبيات وكتابات وآراء في المجال، كما تبنى البحث عدة أهداف تمثلت جملتها في بيان المرتكزات الأساسية التي تكون العملية التعليمية، وما البرامج التكنولوجية التي يمكن تطبيقها لتتحقق الجودة في المدخلات والعمليات وبالتالي المخرج النهائي للتعليم وفق المواصفات والمعايير المعمول بها. توصل البحث إلى نتائج تمثلت في التالي: 1-التقدم العلمي التكنولوجي يفرض نفسه على كافة ميادين الحياة وبالأخص ميدان التربية والتعليم. 2-من المنجزات العلمية التكنولوجية في مجال التعليم تقنيات الاتصال الرقمي والمعلوماتية الإلكترونية والأجهزة الرقمية المتطورة والتي أدت إلى ظهور التعليم الإلكتروني، والتي أدت تطبيقات برامجه المختلفة إلى تحقيق الجودة في التعليم. 3-إن تطبيقات برامج التعليم الإلكتروني ووسائط عرضها تشكل دعامة أساسية في جودة مكونات المنظومة التعليمية. 4-استخدام مستحدثات التكنولوجيا وتطبيقاتها المختلفة تؤدي إلى جودة عمليات المنظومة التعليمية، إذا ما أحسنت عمليات التخطيط والتنفيذ والاستخدام والتقويم وفق المعايير المعتمدة. كما أوصى البحث بالتالي: 1. ضرورة اعتماد تطبيقات تقنية التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية المعتمدة بهدف تحقيق الجودة. 2. توفير الدعم المالي لتوفير مستلزمات تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني. 3. إقامة دورات تدريبية للقوى العاملة في مجال توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم. 4. توظيف التكنولوجيا في التعليم ليس بديلاً للمعلم بل مكملاً ومطوراً لإدائه لتحقيق الجودة.
This research aims at clarifying the possibility of using applied programs of recent technology, and to which extent it achieves quality in the educational process fields. To do so, the research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach of literature, writings and opinions in the field. The research also adopted a number of goals represented in illustrating the basic foundations that constitute the educational process, and the technological programs that could be applied to achieve the quality in the inputs and processes, and thus the final outcome of education according to the conventional standards and criteria. The research came up with the following results: 1- The scientific technological progress imposes itself in all domains of life, and especially in the education and learning field. 2- The scientific technological achievements in the education field such as digital communication technologies, electronic information and advanced digital devices led to the appearance of digital education, whose application programs contributed to achieving quality in education. 3- The applications of digital education and its display methods are an essential cornerstone in the quality of educational components. 4- the use of recent technology and its various applications lead to the quality in the educational processes, if the planning and execution processes, utilization and evaluation are carried out according to the recognized standards. The research recommended the following: 1- The necessity of adopting the applications of digital learning technology in the educational process in order to achieve quality. 2- Providing financial support for getting the necessities of digital educational technology. 3- Organizing training sessions for the working staff in the field of utilizing educational technology. 4- Employing technology in education is not an alternative of the teacher, but rather complementary and developing for his performance to achieve quality.
