المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المتغيرات المجتمعية وعلاقتها بتنمية المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعة وقد حددت الدراسة الثقافة الرقمية كمتغير مجتمعي والذي اشتمل على (التعليم الرقمي، والحماية الرقمية، والاحترام الرقمي، واللياقة الرقمية) وعلاقتها بتنمية المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعة، أما المواطنة الرقمية فقد تحددت في (الانتماء الرقمي، والعمل التطوعي الرقمي) واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسج الاجتماعي بالعينة، وطبقت أداة الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من (472) طالبا وطالبة في جامعة نجران. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن الثقافة الرقمية تقع في مستوى «كبيرة» لدى عينة الدراسة بمتوسط حسابي (2.69)، كما جاءت درجة التحقق لكافة أبعاد الثقافة الرقمية في مستوى «كبيرة»، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ودالة إحصائيا بين درجة الوعي بإجمالي أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية، ودرجة تحقق إجمالي أبعاد الثقافة الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعة، بمعامل ارتباط مقداره (0.90). أيضا توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الوعي بإجمالي بُعد الانتماء الوطني الرقمي تقع في مستوى «كبيرة» لدى عينة الدراسة بمتوسط حسابي (2.69)، وقد تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الوعى على مستوى العبارات بين (2.66) و(2.71)، أي أن العبارات جاءت درجة الوعي بها جميعا في مستوى «كبيرة»، وتشير هذه النتائج إلى إدراك وزيادة وعي الطلاب، بحقوق ووجبات المواطنة الرقمية تجاه أنفسهم، وتجاه الوطن الذي يعيشون فيه وتجاه المواطنين الآخرين الذين يعيشون ويتعايشون معهم، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إنشاء وحدة مركزية للعمل التطوعي الرقمي داخل الجامعة تتولى مهمة التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والمتابعة، والتنظيم لبرامج التطوع الرقمي داخل الجامعة وخارجها.

The current study aims to identify societal variables and their relationship to the development of digital citizenship among university students. The study identified digital culture as a societal variable, which included (digital education, digital protection, digital respect, and digital fitness) and its relationship to the development of digital citizenship among university students. As for digital citizenship, it was It was determined in (digital affiliation, and digital volunteer work). The study used the sample social trowel method, and the questionnaire tool was applied to a sample of (472) male and female students at Najran University. One of the most important findings of the study is that digital culture is at a “large” level for the study sample, with an average of (2.69) The degree of verification for all dimensions of digital culture was at the level of “significant”, and there is a strong positive correlation and a statistical function between the degree of awareness of the total dimensions of digital citizenship, and the degree of verification of the total dimensions of digital culture among university students, with a correlation coefficient of (0.90). The results of the study also found that the degree of awareness of the total dimension of digital national affiliation is at the “large” level of the study sample with an arithmetic mean (2.69), and the arithmetic averages of the degree of awareness at the level of phrases ranged between (2.66) and (2.71), In other words, the degree of awareness of all of the phrases was at the level of “great”, and these results indicate the students’ awareness and increased awareness of the rights and duties of digital citizenship towards themselves, towards the country in which they live and towards other citizens who live and coexist with them, and the study recommended the need to establish a central unit for work The digital volunteer inside the university is responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and organizing digital volunteer programs inside and outside the university.
