|a جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على أحدى أهم المواضيع في سوسيولوجيا التنظيمات وهو موضوع الثقافة التنظيمية، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة نقطة أساسية في الموضوع وهي محددات الثقافة التنظيمية، أي العوامل المساهمة في تشكل محتوى عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية، وذلك انطلاقا من تقديم إطار مفاهيمي حول التنظيم والثقافة التنظيمية وماهية محددات الثقافة التنظيمية، وبعد ذلك تطرقت الدراسة إلى أنواع المحددات التي تساهم في تشكلها من خلال إدراج أمثلة ونماذج واقعية من المجتمع لتصل في النهاية إلى تقديم خلاصة عامة وبعض التوصيات في خاتمة الدراسة.
|b This research paper came to shed light on one of the most important topics in the sociology of organizations, which is the issue of organizational culture. This study addressed a key point in the subject, which is the determinants of organizational culture, that is, the factors contributing to the formation of the content of organizational culture elements, based on providing a conceptual framework about organization and organizational culture. And what are the determinants of organizational culture, and then the study touched on the types of determinants that contribute to the formation of organizational culture through the inclusion of examples and realistic models from the community, in the end, to provide a general summary and some recommendations in the conclusion of the study.
