المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: 1- هل يمتلك مدرسو مادة علم الأحياء للصف الرابع الإعدادي كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي؟ 2- هل يمتلك الطلبة في الصف الرابع الإعدادي دافعا للإنجاز؟ 3- هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات المدرسات و متوسط درجات المدرسين في مقياس كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي؟ 4- هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)‏ بين متوسط درجات الطالبات ومتوسط درجات الطلاب في مقياس دافعية الإنجاز؟ 5- هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات الطالبات اللاتي درسن من قبل المدرسات ومتوسط درجات الطلاب الذين درسوا من قبل المدرسين في مقياس دافعية الإنجاز؟ 6- هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي للمدرسات ولمدرسين مادة علم الأحياء ودافعية الإنجاز لطلبتهم؟ اعتمدت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي في بحثها حيث تم تحديد مجتمع البحث لمدرسي مادة علم الأحياء ممن يقومون بتدريس الأحياء للصف الرابع الإعدادي في المدارس الإعدادية التابعة للمديريات العامة لتربية بغداد/الرصافة الأولى والثانية والثالثة، للعام الدراسي(2020 - 2021م) وتم اختيار عينه منه مكونة من (65) مدرسة ومدرس فضلا عن اختيار عينة مكونة من (200)‏ طالبة وطالب من المجتمع الكلي أما فيما يخص أدوات البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي للمدرسي مادة علم الأحياء المكون من (50) فقرة وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري والثبات. أما الأداة الثانية قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس دافعية الإنجاز لطلبة الصف الرابع الإعدادي المكون من (32) فقرة وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري والثبات؛ وبعد انتهاء التجربة تمت معالجة البيانات الإحصائية باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج التجربة أن مدرسي علم الأحياء في المدارس الإعدادية يمتلكون كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي وعدم وجود تأثير لمتغير الجنس وأن الطلبة في الصف الرابع الإعدادي يمتلكون دافعا للإنجاز كمان عدم وجود تأثير لمتغير الجنس فضلا عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين كفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي للمدرسي الأحياء ودافع الإنجاز لطلبتهم. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

1-Do the biology teachers of the fourth year of middle school have the competencies of the knowledge economy? 2-Do students in the fourth year of middle school have a motivation to achieve? 3-Is there a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of female teachers and the average scores of teachers in the knowledge economy competency scale? 4-Is there a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of female students and the average scores of male students in the achievement motivation scale? 5-Is there a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students who were taught by the female teachers and the average scores of the students who were taught by the teachers in the achievement motivation scale? 6-Is there a correlation between the knowledge economy competencies of female and male teachers in biology and the achievement motivation of their students? The researcher adopted the descriptive research method in her research, where the research community was identified for the biology teachers who teach biology for the fourth preparatory grade in the middle schools affiliated to the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad / Rusafa 1, 2, and 3, for the academic year (2020-2021).AD, and a sample was selected from it consisting from (65) In addition to selecting a sample of (200) students from the total community, as for the research tools, the researcher prepared a scale of knowledge economy competencies for teachers of biology, consisting of (50) paragraphs The apparent validity and reliability have been verified. As for the second tool, the researcher prepared a measure of achievement motivation for fourth-grade students, consisting of (32) items, and the apparent validity and stability were verified. After the experiment ended, the statistical data was processed using the appropriate statistical methods. The results of the experiment showed that biology teachers in middle schools have competencies The knowledge economy and the absence of an effect on the gender variable, and that students in the fourth preparatory grade have a motive for achievement, as well as the absence of an effect on the gender variable, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the cognitive economy competencies for biology teachers and the achievement motive for their students In light of the research results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions.
