Transactions and all that a Muslim needs in his daily life because the contemporary world is witnessing rapid and advanced developments and technologies, and even a huge scientific and knowledge revolution in all fields, including contemporary audio-visual communications, and the imposition of its information strongly at all levels due to the tremendous development that creativity and excellence have reached in our time This led to the spread of what are known as “electronic commercial contracts” and “electronic marriage. Among the contracts, the marriage contract, which God Almighty described as a heavy covenant (and He took from you a coarse covenant) is a coarse covenant, and a bond in itself of which results in a bond, Therefore, Islamic legitimacy has given this contract great care. And the Iraqi courts applied this in the circumstances of the Corona pandemic, so marriage became via the Internet due to the health conditions of the country and others. Islamic participation in contemporary sciences and that they are compatible and fixed in their rulings, and if there is an emergency, they are changing with the change of times and places, fixed in their rulings and origins.
The research aims to measure the performance of the College of Administration and Economics/ Al-Mustansiriya University in accordance with the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation within the dimensions of the sustainable balanced score card to diagnose its areas of weakness and to improve educational, administrative and financial performance to achieve sustainable college performance. The most important conclusions are that quality assurance and academic accreditation standards can be employed as measurement indicators in addition to other quantitative indicators and weights in comparison between the data of two study years. As for the most important recommendations, they were centered around the need to apply quality assurance and academic accreditation standards within the four basic dimensions of the card to identify and diagnose deviations and to indicate the proposed ways to address Those deviations with capabilities and resources available to the college.
