|a يهدف البحث إلى قياس أداء كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد/ الجامعة المستنصرية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الاكاديمي ضمن أبعاد بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة المستدامة لتشخيص مناطق الضعف لديها والارتقاء بالأداء التعليمي والإداري والمالي لتحقيق أداء مستدام للكلية، لذا تم اتباع المنهج الاستنباطي للجانب النظري والمنهج الاستقرائي للجانب العملي، وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات هي إنه يمكن توظيف معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الاكاديمي كمؤشرات قياس بالإضافة إلى مؤشرات وأوزان كمية أخرى بالمقارنة بين بيانات عامين دراسيين، أما أهم التوصيات فكانت تتمركز حول وجوب تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الاكاديمي ضمن الأبعاد الأساسية الأربعة للبطاقة للوقوف على الانحرافات وتشخيصها وبيان السبل المقترحة لمعالجة تلك الانحرافات بإمكانيات وموارد متاحة للكلية.
|b The research aims to measure the performance of the College of Administration and Economics/ Al-Mustansiriya University in accordance with the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation within the dimensions of the sustainable balanced score card to diagnose its areas of weakness and to improve educational, administrative and financial performance to achieve sustainable college performance. The most important conclusions are that quality assurance and academic accreditation standards can be employed as measurement indicators in addition to other quantitative indicators and weights in comparison between the data of two study years. As for the most important recommendations, they were centered around the need to apply quality assurance and academic accreditation standards within the four basic dimensions of the card to identify and diagnose deviations and to indicate the proposed ways to address Those deviations with capabilities and resources available to the college.
