المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على (الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريسيي قسم التاريخ في تدريس المواد التاريخية في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية)، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من تدريسيي قسم التاريخ في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة كربلاء والمتكون من (٤٢) تدريسي، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي منهجا لدراسته، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء أداة للدراسة وهي (استبانة) ضمت (5) مجالات وبواقع (٦) فقرات للمجال الواحد، قام الباحث ومن أجل إيجاد صدق الأداة بعرضها على عدد من الخبراء والمحكمين في تخصص العلوم التربوية والنفسية، أما ثبات الاستبانة فقد أستخرج بطريقة الفا- كرونباخ، حيث تراوح معامل الثبات للفقرات بين (0.83- 0.92) أما المتوسط الحسابي العام لثبات الأداة فبلغ (87.6) ومن أجل معالجة إجابات عينة البحث إحصائيا استخدم الباحث قانون الوزن المئوي والوسط المرجح ومعادلة الفا- كرونباخ لقياس الثبات، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة منها: احتلت فقرة (كثرة المفردات الدراسية وقلة الوقت المخصص لتدريسها) والتابعة لمجال المحتوى التعليمي المرتبة الأولى، واحتلت فقرة (كبر حجم المقرر وقلة التقنيات التي يمكن استخدامها لتدريسه) المرتبة الأولى لمجال استخدام التقنيات التعليمية، أما فقرة (عدم ملائمة مادة التاريخ لطرائق التدريس الحديثة) فقد احتلت المرتبة الأولى لمجال طرائق التدريس المستخدمة، كما احتلت فقرة (وجود ضعف في المستوى العقلي للطلبة أثناء الإجابة على الاختبارات رغم وضوح فقراتها) المرتبة الأولى التابعة لمجال القياس التقويم، واحتلت فقرة (ضعف المكانة الاجتماعية للتدريسيين رغم أدائهم لكل مهامهم التربوية) المرتبة الأولى لمجال مهام التدريسي.

The current study aimed to identify (the difficulties faced by the teaching staff of the History Department in teaching historical subjects in the College of Education for Human Sciences). The study community consisted of the () teachers of the History Department in the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Karbala. The study sample included all the original community, and the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical method as a method for his study, and in order to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher built a study tool (a questionnaire) that included five areas and by (6) paragraphs for a single field. In order to find the validity of the tool, he presented it to a number Of experts and referees in the disciplines of teaching methods, history, measurement and evaluation, as for the stability of the questionnaire, it was extracted by the Cronbach Alpha method, where the stability coefficient for the paragraphs ranged between (0,83 - 0,92), while the general arithmetic mean of the stability of the tool was 87,6 In order to statistically treat the answers of the research sample, the researcher used the weighted mean equation, the percentage weight law, and the Alpha Cronbach equation, where the study reached several results, including: The paragraph (the lack of time available for teaching is not sufficient to cover the curriculum vocabulary) and related to the field of educational content ranked first, The paragraph (the abundance of vocabulary in the curriculum negatively affects the completion of the curriculum) ranked first for the field of using educational techniques, while the paragraph (the use of traditional teaching methods) ranked first for the field of teaching methods used, and the paragraph (lack of clarity of the test paragraphs) ranked first It is related to the field of measurement and evaluation, and the section (lack of teachers' encouragement for students to love study materials) ranked first for the field of teaching tasks.
