المستخلص: يحاول البحث التعرف على مدى توافر "أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية" في المستشفيات الأهلية (مستشفى الزهراوي الأهلي ومستشفى الربيع الأهلي) الواقعة ضمن الرقعة الجغرافية لمحافظة نينوى من خلال معرفة وتقييم "أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية" المتمثلة بـــــ (الاعتمادية (المعولية)، الاستجابة، الأمان (الضمان)، الملموسية، التعاطف (الكياسة)) بالاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان التي تم عرضها على مجموعة من أساتذة الجامعة ذوي الاختصاص. استند البحث على تساؤلات رئيسة مفادها: 1-هل هنالك تجسد صريح ومعلوم لدى المستفيدين (المرضى) عن مفهوم "وأبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية". 2-ما مدى توافر أبعاد "جودة الخدمات الصحية" في المستشفيات المبحوثة. وتم الاستعانة بعدد من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية للتحقق من الفرضيات الموجودة في متن البحث. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات لعل أبرزها: تباين نسب اتفاق المبحوثين حول توفر أبعاد "جودة الخدمات الصحية" في المستشفيات الأهلية، فضلاً عن تباين المستشفيات المبحوثة في أبعاد "جودة الخدمات الصحية". وبناء على الاستنتاجات فقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات يوصى بها الباحث المستشفيات الأهلية المبحوثة الأخذ بها للارتقاء والوصول إلى مستوى مرموق وجيد في ميدان جودة خدمة المستفيد (المريض).

The present research attempts to identify the availability of the dimensions of the quality of health services in private hospitals (Al-Zahrawi Al-Ahli Hospital and Al-Rabie Al-Ahli Hospital) located within the geographical area of the province of Nineveh by knowing and evaluating the dimensions of the "quality of health services" represented by services (Reliability, responsiveness, security, tangibility, empathy) based on the questionnaire court questionnaire by a group of university professors competent. The research was based on three main hypotheses: 1. Is there a clear and well-known perception of the beneficiaries (patients) about the concept and dimensions of the quality of health services. 2. To what extent are the dimensions of the quality of health services in the hospitals studied? A set of statistical tools and techniques were used to verify the hypotheses in the main body of the research. The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: the disparity of the respondents' agreement on the availability of dimensions of the quality of health services in private hospitals, as well as the variation of the hospitals in the dimensions of the "quality of health services". Based on the conclusions, a set of recommendations have been reached recommended by the researcher to the private hospitals to be adopted to upgrade and reach a prestigious and good level in the field of quality of service of the beneficiary (patient).
