المستخلص: تهدف الباحثة في هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة بين المتغيرات التالية: التوافق المدرسي، الدافعية للإنجاز والتحصيل الدراسي، باستخدام عينة تتألف من مائتي (200) تلميذ وتلميذة، تم جمع البيانات الخاصة بالمتغيرات المذكورة سلفا بواسطة مقياس التوافق المدرسي (ليونجمان، 1979) (Young Men) ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لعبد اللطيف محمد خليفة (خليفة، 2006) ومعدلات امتحان شهادة البكالوريا لسنة 2017. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية عن وجود علاقة متعدية "متعددة" موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين التوافق المدرسي والدافعية للإنجاز والتحصيل الدراسي لدى أفراد العينة، وفي نفس المعنى التمسنا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث فيما يخص متغير التوافق المدرسي، إضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث فيما يخص متغير الدافعية للإنجاز التي كانت لصالح الإناث، ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة على ضوء الدراسات السابقة والجوانب النظرية.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between scholastic compatibility, achievement motivation and academic achievement in the study sample (200 male and female students). To collect data on these variables, the researcher used Young Men's School Compatibility Scale and achievement motivation scale of Abdul Latif Mohammed Khalifa (2006) and baccalaureate exam rates for 2017. The results revealed a positive multiple relationship and a statistically significant correlation between scholastic compatibility and achievement motivation and academic achievement, the absence of statistically significant differences between males and females in terms of school compatibility, and the existence of statistically significant differences between males and females in terms of motivation for achievement in favor of females. The results were discussed on the basis of previous studies and theoretical aspects.

Le but de cette étude est d’examiner la relation entre la compatibilité scolastique, la motivation pour la réussite scolaire. Les données sur ces variables ont été collectées auprès d’un l’échantillon de 200 élèves par l’application de l’échelle de compatibilité scolaire (Young Men, 1979), l'échelle de motivation pour la réalisation (Khalifa, 2006), et les moyennes d’examen du baccalauréat 2017. Les résultats démontrent l’existence d’une relation multiple positive et une corrélation statistiquement significative entre la compatibilité scolaire, la motivation pour la réalisation et résultat scolaire dans l’échantillon. Ils démontrent également l’absence de différences de genre en termes de compatibilité scolaire. Enfin, ils démontrent l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives favorables aux filles en termes de motivation pour la réalisation.
