ينظر البحث إلى تلك المسألة المتعلقة بدور القائد التحويلي في تغيير ثقافة المنظمة، مع تناول أهم الطرق والأساليب التي تساعده على تحقيق هذا الهدف، وتحديد الاستراتيجيات التي تساعد القائد على تغيير ثقافة المنظمة. ويركز البحث على دور القائد التحويلي وغرسه ثقافة أهمية التعامل مع العاملين ورفع روحهم المعنوية خلال فترة التغيير. ويخلص البحث في أهم نتائجه إلى عدم استحالة تغيير ثقافة المنظمة ولكن القائد يحتاج إلى وقت طويل حتى يستطيع أن يكون قادرا على تفهم ثقافة مرؤوسيه بطريقة واضحة وذلك من خلال إيجاد رؤى جديدة وتغيير ثقافة المنظمة لتستوعب هذا التغيير الجديد. The research looks into the matter of the transformational leader's role in changing the culture of the organization, and the most important ways and methods that help him to achieve this goal, while identifying the most important types of strategies that help the leader to change the culture of the organization. The research focuses on the role of the leader and instilling the culture of the importance of dealing with workers and raising their morale during the period of change. The research concludes that it is not impossible to change the culture of the organization, but the leader needs a long time to understand the culture of his subordinates in a clear way, by exploring new visions and changing the culture of the organization to realize this new change. |
