المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر المهارات التقنية وأبعادها (الحاسوب، شبكة الإنترنت، البريد الإلكتروني، ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي) لدى الطلبة في كلية الاقتصاد جامعة بنغازي، ومن ثم الكشف عن الفروق حول درجة توافر تلك المهارات بناء على عدد من المتغيرات (النوع، العمر، القسم، مدة استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، امتلاك جهاز حاسوب، امتلاك بريد إلكتروني، الدورات التدريبية في مجال تقنية المعلومات)، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ ولتحقيق أهدافها طورت أداة استبانة، وقد بلغ حجم مجتمع الدراسة (7329) عنصر، باتباع أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة وكان حجم العينة (369) مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام حزم البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر المهارات التقنية لدى الطلبة في كلية الاقتصاد كانت بدرجة (عالية)، ولكن بنسب متفاوتة، وتبين أن مهارة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي الأكثر توافرا لدى الطلبة، يليها مهارة استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، ثم مهارة استخدام البريد الإلكتروني، بينما جاءت مهارة استخدام الحاسوب في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة توافر المهارات التقنية لجميع الأبعاد لدى الطلبة في كلية الاقتصاد تعزى للنوع، في حين توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة توافر المهارات التقنية لجميع الأبعاد تعزى للعمر، مدة استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، امتلاك جهاز الحاسوب، والبريد الإلكتروني، أيضا وجود فروق حول درجة توافر المهارات التقنية تعزى للقسم، باستثناء مهارة استخدام الحاسوب، وكذلك وجود فروق حول درجة توافر المهارات التقنية تعزى للدورات التدريبية، باستثناء مهارة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وأخيرا، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء الدورات التدريبية المكثفة في مجال تقنية المعلومات التي تساعد على تنمية مهارات وتشجيع الطلبة على التوجه أكثر نحو هذه الوسائل التقنية لما لها من أهمية في الحصول على المعارف المتعلقة بمسارهم الدراسي ومستقبلهم.

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of technical skills and its dimensions (computer, Internet, e-mail, and social networking sites) among students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Benghazi, and to reveal the differences about the degree of availability of Such skills based on a number of variables (gender, age, department, duration of using the Internet, owning a computer, owning an e-mail, attending training courses in the field of information technology), The descriptive approach, was used and to achieve its objectives a questionnaire tool was developed, and the size of the study population reached (7329) elements, following the simple random sampling method. The sample size is (369) single, the data was analyzed using statistical software packages for the social sciences (SPSS), and The results of the study indicated that the degree of technical skills availability of students in the Faculty of Economics was (high), but in varying proportions, and it was found that the skill of communication sites, the social skill is the most available to students, followed by the skill of using the Internet, then the skill of using e-mail, and the skill of using the computer came in last place. The results of the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences about the degree of availability of technical skills for all dimensions of the student in the Faculty of Economics due to gender, while there were statistically significant differences about the degree of availability of technical skills for all dimensions due to age, duration of Internet use, and possession of a device. Computer and e-mail. There are also differences in the degree of availability of technical skills due to the department, with the exception of the skill of using the computer, as well as differences in the degree of availability of technical skills due to training courses, with the exception of the skill of using social networking sites. Finally, the study recommended the necessity of educating and encouraging university students to go more towards these technical means because of their importance in obtaining knowledge related to their academic path, and conducting training courses in the field of information technology that help them develop their skills.
