|b This article presents a global reflection on the juridical technolect and its place in higher education, this technolect can have a synonymic use of specific language or jargon since it is linked to the daily or professional practice of speakers in various communicative situations. Indeed, the language of specialty, or the technolect is endowed with a terminology and a specific syntax because it is about a different way of expressing oneself from an individual or a group of people to communicate and to be understood. This article has a two-fold objective, the first focuses on the presentation of the technolect namely: the legal technolect and the second aims at the didactic side of this kind of linguistic practice in order to show how we can ensure the learning of a language of specialty based on the educational approaches recommended for this purp.
|d Cet article présente une réflexion sur le technolecte juridique d’une manière globale et sa place dans l’enseignement universitaire, ces technolectes peuvent avoir comme emploi synonymique langue de spécialité ou jargon puisqu’il est lié à la pratique quotidienne ou professionnelle des locuteurs dans des situations communicatives diverses. En effet la langue de spécialité, ou le technolecte est doté d’une terminologie et une syntaxe spécifique car il s’agit d’une façon différente de s’exprimer d’un individu ou d’un groupe de personne pour communiquer et se faire comprendre. Cet article a un double objectif, le premier se focalise sur la présentation du technolecte en l’occurrence le technolecte juridique et le second vise le coté didactique de ce genre de pratique linguistique et montrer comment peut-on assurer un apprentissage d’un langage de spécialité à partir des démarches pédagogiques préconisées pour cette finalité.
