هدف البحث للكشف عن واقع تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة مركة، والكشف على المشكلات التي أدت إلى ضعف مستوى التلاميذ في مقرر اللغة العربية للمدارس الابتدائية في مدينة مركة، وتقديم مقترحات وحلول لمشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة مركة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم استبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات. ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أن واقع تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة مركة يشير إلى تدني مستوى التلاميذ في اللغة العربية. وأن المشكلات التي أدت إلى ضعف مستواهم في مادة اللغة العربية للمدارس الابتدائية في مدينة مركة تتعلق بالمدرسة والتلميذ والمعلم. وأن المقترحات والحلول لمشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة مركة مهمة؛ لإزالة العوائق الموجودة في تعليم اللغة العربية. ومن أهم التوصيات: إعادة النظر في مشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في الصومال. وتدريب معلمي اللغة العربية لتدريس اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها.
This research is entitled: Problems of Teaching Arabic Language at the Primary School in Somalia, Their Reasons and Solutions, "Marko City as Model" The aim of the research is to discover the reality of teaching Arabic language in the elementary stage in the city of Marko, to detect the problems that led to the poor level of pupils in the Arabic language subject for elementary schools in the city of Marko, to present proposals and solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic at the elementary stage in the city of Marko. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, and he used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data. Among the results of the researcher is that the reality of teaching Arabic at the elementary level in the city of Marko indicates the low level of students in the Arabic language. And the problems that led to the poor level of students in the Arabic language syllabus for primary schools in the city of Marko are problems related to the school, the pupil and the teacher. And that the proposals and solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic language in primary stage in the city of Marko which are important to remove the obstacles that exist in teaching Arabic, training Arabic language teachers to teach Arabic to non-native speakers, And the provision of a sufficient number of teachers of Arabic language in each school.
