المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الدعم التنظيمي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى الأخصائيين الرياضيين بوزارة الشباب والرياضة حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغ مجموعها (200) أخصائي رياضي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة (قطاع الرياضة) بنسبة 75% من إجمالي البحث وذلك بواقع (170) لعينة الدراسة الأساسية، و(٣٠) كعينة استطلاعية من مجمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية، وللحصول على البيانات قامت الباحثة ببناء استمارتي استبيان وقد أشارت أهم النتائج في ضوء هدف البحث وتساؤلاته وفي حدود عينة البحث ومن خلال أدوات جمع البيانات وأسلوب المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات تمكنت الباحثة من التوصل إلى توافر مستوى الدعم التنظيمي والأداء الوظيفي لدى الأخصائيين الرياضيين بوزارة الشباب والرياضة بدرجة مرتفعة ووجود علاقه دالة موجبة طردية بين جميع محاور استبيان الدعم التنظيمي والأداء الوظيفي لدى الأخصائيين الرياضيين بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، وجاءت أهم التوصيات بضرورة اهتمام وزارة الشباب والرياضة بتعزيز مستوى الدعم التنظيمي والذي يعمل على رفع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي والرضا الوظيفي لدى الأخصائيين الرياضيين.

The research aims to study the organizational and its relationship to the job performance of sports specialists at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as the researcher used the descriptive method in its survey method. The basic sample, and (30) as an exploratory sample from the research complex and outside the basic sample, In order to obtain the data, the researcher built two questionnaires, The most important results indicated in light of the aim of the research and its questions and within the limits of the research sample, and through the tools of data collection and the method of statistical treatment of the data, the researcher was able to reach the availability of the level of organizational support and job performance of sports specialists at the Ministry of Youth and Sports with a high degree and the existence of a positive relationship between all the questionnaire axes Organizational support and job performance for sports specialists at the Ministry of Youth and Sports ,The most important recommendations came about the need for the Ministry of Youth and Sports to pay attention to enhancing the level of organizational support and to take policies and procedures that work to provide leaders and sports specialists to the awareness of the importance of organizational support, which works to raise the level of job performance and job satisfaction of sports specialists.
