المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية التعليم المدمج باستخدام تطبيق Microsoft Teams في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي وإكساب المهارات لدى طلاب الفرقة الثانية قسم الملابس والنسيج من خلال إنشاء فريق يحتوى على عدة قنوات باستخدام تطبيق Microsoft Teams يتضمن معارف ومهارات محتوى مقرر (تصميم النماذج وتنفيذ ملابس الأطفال)، واشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (83) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية بقسم الملابس والنسيج، واتبع البحث المنهج شبة التجريبي والمنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث والتحقق من فروضه، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث فاعلية تطبيق التعليم المدمج في تحصيل الطلاب للمعارف والمهارات المتضمنة بمحتوى المقرر وبقاء أثر التعلم، كما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في اختبار التحصيل المعرفي والأداء المهارى القبلي والبعدي لصالح البعدي لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية والتي درست بأسلوب "التعليم المدمج"، وكما وجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي البعدي والبعدي المؤجل لصالح البعدي المؤجل، وأوضحت النتائج إيجابية آراء الطلاب نحو تطبيق التعليم المدمج باستخدام تطبيق Microsoft Teams لمحتوى المقرر، وتوصي الباحثتان في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية باستخدام التعلم المدمج في تصميم وتنفيذ مقررات أخرى تخدم مجال الملابس والنسيج بكليات الاقتصاد المنزلي والكليات المتخصصة.

The objective of the current research is to measure the effectiveness of blended learning by using the Microsoft Teams application in developing the cognitive achievement and acquisition of skills among students of the second year clothing and textile department by creating a team that contains several channels using the Microsoft Teams application that includes knowledge and skills of prescribed content (Pattern Design and Tailoring of Children's Clothing), and it included The research sample consists of (83) male and female students from the second year in the clothing and textile department, The research followed the semi-experimental Method to suit it to achieve the objectives of the research and verify its hypotheses. And the learning effect remained, and the results of the research also resulted in the existence of a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the test of cognitive achievement and the pre and post skills performance in favor of the post-study group among the students of the experimental group that studied in the method of "blended learning", and also found a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the test. Postponed post and post cognitive achievement in favor of the postponed one, and the positive results clarified the students' views towards the application of blended learning using Microsoft Teams implementation of course content continues, and the two researchers recommend, in light of the results of the current study, the use of blended learning in the design and implementation of other courses serving the field of clothing and textiles in the faculties of home economics and specialized colleges.
