المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق ريادة الأعمال في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان وسبل معالجتها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة إلكترونية، مكونة من 60 فقرة، موزعة على ستة محاور، المعوقات البشرية، والمادية، والمالية، والتنظيمية التشريعية، والتقنية الفنية، والثقافية، بلغت عينة الدراسة 555 فردا، متضمنة 124 إداريا، و431 معلما من مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، من خمس محافظات، (مسقط، والباطنة شمال، والداخلية، والبريمي، والشرقية جنوب) توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق ريادة الأعمال في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان، مرتبة كالآتي: مالية، وثقافية، ومادية، وتقنية فنية، وتشريعية تنظيمية، وبشرية، وبدرجة مرتفعة، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابة عينة الدراسة (الذكور، والإناث) لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حسب المسمى الوظيفي في محور المعوقات البشرية، لصالح الإداريين.

The current study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the school administration in implementing entrepreneurship in post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. They were chosen randomly, and included five governorates, the study sample amounted to 555 individuals, including 124 administrators, and 431 post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, they were randomly selected from five governorates (Muscat, Al Batinah North, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Buraimi, and eastern (south) The results of the study concluded that there are obstacles facing the school administration in implementing entrepreneurship in the schools of post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman, arranged as follows: financial, cultural, material, technical, organizational, legislative, human, and to a high degree, and the study showed that there are statistically significant differences At the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the response of the study sample (males and females) in favor of females, and there were differences between the responses of the study sample members according to job title in the human obstacles axis, in favor of the administrators.
