|a تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاعتماد المؤسسي في تحسين أداء الجامعات السعودية، والفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وجرى تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة قصدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ممن يعملون في الجودة والاعتماد بالجامعات السعودية الحكومية التي حصلت على الاعتماد المؤسسي الكامل من هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب من تاريخ الاعتماد 2015 حتى 2018م، وعددها (١١) جامعة، وقد بلغ عدد أعضاء هيئة التدريس (318) عضوا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: جاءت جميع المعايير بدرجة عالية جدا، حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية لجميع مجالات الاستبانة (86.2%)، وأظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء بالنسبة لجميع المعايير بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية.
|b The study aims to know the role of institutional accreditation in improving the performance of Saudi universities. The study tool (the questionnaire) was designed, and the tool was applied to an intentional sample of faculty members who work in quality and accreditation in Saudi public universities that obtained full institutional accreditation from the Education Evaluation Commission And the training from the date of accreditation to 2018, the number of (11) universities, and the number of faculty members reached (318), and the researcher used the descriptive survey method, to answer the questions, which are: The first question: What is the role of institutional accreditation in improving the performance of Saudi universities from the point of view of faculty members? The second question: Are there statistically significant differences from the point of view of the study sample members due to the academic rank variable? The study reached the following results: All criteria came to a very high degree, as the percentage of all areas of the questionnaire reached (86.2%), which indicates that there is an actual role for institutional accreditation in improving the performance of Saudi universities from the point of view of its faculty members. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in performance for all criteria among the study sample due to the academic rank variable.
