|a هدف البحث تفعيل الجهود الدولية لتطوير التعليم الفني الفندقي لتحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل من خلال عرض الأسس الفكرية والفلسفية لتطوير التعليم الفني في مصر، وعرض واقع وحدات تيسير الانتقال لسوق العمل الفندقي في مصر بمدارس التعليم الفني الفندقي وعرض أهم الجهود الدولية لتطوير التعليم الفني الفندقي لتحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل المصري وتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الجهود الدولية لتطوير التعليم الفني الفندقي المصري لتحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وقد توصل البحث للنتائج الآتية غياب الرؤية الواضحة للتطوير ونقص الإمكانيات المادية والآلات الحديثة ونقص التدريب على الآلات الحديثة. وندرة البيانات والمعلومات أو عدم صدقها أحياناً، للوقوف على نقاط الضعف ومحدودية الاستثمار الأمثل للموارد المادية والبشرية إضافة إلى العزوف عن تكوين شراكات أو ضعف التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة."
