المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تضمين أبعاد المواطنة في كتب التربية الوطنية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في الجمهورية اليمنية ورصد تكراراتها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث ببناء قائمة بأبعاد المواطنة من الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة شملت كل من البعد (السياسي، المجتمعي، الديني، القومي، الاقتصادي، التكنولوجي)، وتحكيمها لدى عدد من الخبراء في تخصص المناهج وطرائق التدريس، ومن ثم تم تعديلها وفقا لآرائهم ومقترحاتهم حتى وصولها إلى صورتها النهائية. وفيما بعد قام الباحث بتحليل كتب التربية الوطنية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ضوء هذه القائمة مرورا بخطوات التحليل العلمي للكتب. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إنه تم تضمين مؤشرات كل من البعد السياسي والمجتمعي والديني والقومي في جميع الكتب بنسب متفاوتة بين العالية والمتوسطة والضعيفة، في حين لم تظهر بعض مؤشرات هذه الأبعاد في الكتب مثل المؤشر الذي ينص على (يغرس محتوى الكتب في التلاميذ مسألة قبول الآخرين مهما اختلفنا مع رؤيتهم) في البعد السياسي، والمؤشر الذي ينص على (يزود محتوى الكتب التلاميذ بمعلومات تؤهلهم لاستخدام الاتصالات الرقمية) في البعد المجتمعي. هذا وقد تم تضمين عدد مؤشرات البعد الاقتصادي في كتب التربية الوطنية بنسب ضعيفة أيضا، أما بالنسبة للبعد التكنولوجي فقد تم تضمين عدد محدود من مؤشراته في الكتب بنسب ضعيفة، في حين أن هناك عدد من مؤشرات هذا البعد لم يتم تضمينها في هذه الكتب، وبالتالي فأن هذه الكتب قد افتقدت المعارف والمهارات التي تكسب التلاميذ استخدام محركات البحث والأنترنت في العملية التعليمية، كما أنها أغفلت استخدام وسائل الاتصال الرقمي بين المعلم والتلميذ مثل المدونات والفيس بوك وتويتر. وتوصي الدراسة إلى أنه ينبغي أن تستند عمليات تطوير كتب التربية الوطنية القادمة على تضمين أبعاد التربية الوطنية في الكتب بما تحتويه من مؤشرات دالة عليها.

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the dimensions of citizenship are included in the books of national education in the primary education stage in the Republic of Yemen and monitor their recurrences. To achieve this objective, the researcher built a list of the dimensions of citizenship from educational literature and previous studies, which included political, societal, religious, national, economic, and technological dimensions. It was validated by a number of experts specialized in curricula and teaching methods, and it was then modified according to their perspectives and suggestions until it reaches its final form. Subsequently, the researcher analyzed the books of national education in the primary education stage in the light of this list through the steps of the scientific analysis of the books. The study concluded that the indicators of the political, societal, religious and national dimensions were included in all books in varying proportions between high, medium and weak. However, some indicators of these dimensions did not appear in books such as the indicator that states (The content of books instills in students the issue of accepting others no matter how we differed with their vision) in the political dimension, and the indicator that states (The content of books provides students with information that qualifies them to use digital communications) in the societal dimension. This has included a number of economic dimension indicators in national education books in weak percentages too. With regard to the technological dimension, alimited number of its indicators in books with weak percentages has been included; there are a number of indicators of this dimension that were not included in these books. Therefore, these books have lacked the knowledge and skills that students gain using search engines and the Internet in the educational process, and they also neglected the use of means of digital communication between teacher and student such as blogs, Facebook and Twitter. The study recommends that the processes of developing the upcoming national education books should be based on including the dimensions of national education in the books, including the indicators they contain.
