|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى الإداريات بكليات التربية في الجامعات الناشئة (جامعة حائل وبيشة أنموذجا)، ومعوقاتها، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد تطبيق أداة (الاستبانة) على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (42) إدارية بكلية التربية بجامعتي حائل وبيشة، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من بينها أن درجة استخدام الإداريات للإدارة الإلكترونية بكلية التربية في جامعتي حائل وبيشة جاءت عالية جدا، ومن بين تلك الاستخدامات استخدام الحاسوب في حفظ الملفات، والاستعانة بالأنترنت للحصول على المعلومات، إضافة إلى تفضيل البريد الإلكتروني (E-Mail) في إرسال المعاملات والخطابات في الاتصال والتواصل مع الآخرين، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك حيادية بين الموافقة والرفض بين أفراد الدراسة على معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية بكلية التربية في جامعتي حائل وبيشة، وكان من أبرز تلك المعوقات تعامل إدارة الكلية بالنماذج والمعاملات الورقية، وقلة الاستعانة بفنيين ذو معرفة بالأجهزة الإلكترونية وتوظيفهم لدى إدارة الجامعة، إضافة إلى قلة فرص التدريب وتأهيل الإداريات في مجال استخدام الأجهزة والمعدات الإلكترونية الحديثة، وأن الكلية لا تمتلك نظام معلومات متطور يضمن تدفق المعلومات بين إداراتها بسهولة، أيضا أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول درجة استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية بكلية التربية في جامعتي حائل وبيشة باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة.
|f The study aims to assess the implementation of electronic management among female administrators in the colleges of education in emerging universities, using the University of Hail and Bisha as a model, and to identify the obstacles faced in this regard. To achieve these goals, the study employed a descriptive analytical approach. After administering the questionnaire to the study population of 42 administrators in the College of Education at the Universities of Hail and Bisha, the study yielded several results. It found that the degree of electronic administration utilization among female administrators in these colleges was very high. This usage included tasks such as saving files using computers, accessing information through the Internet, and a preference for electronic mail (E-Mail) for communication and correspondence. The results also indicated a neutral stance among the study participants regarding the obstacles to using electronic administration at the College of Education in the Universities of Hail and Bisha. Prominent obstacles included the college administration's handling of forms and paperwork, the lack of hiring technicians knowledgeable about electronic devices by the university administration, and a shortage of training and qualification opportunities for female administrators in using modern electronic devices and equipment. Additionally, the absence of an advanced information system within the college that facilitates smooth information flow between its departments was noted. Furthermore, the study revealed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study participants concerning the degree of electronic administration usage in the College of Education at the Universities of Hail and Bisha based on the variable of years of experience.
