المستخلص: من منطلق التحولات التي يشهدها العالم حاليا بفعل التطور التكنولوجي الناتج عن الثورة الرقمية والمعلوماتية، وفي ظل المحاولات التربوية لمواكبة تلك التغيرات التقنية الحادثة، وتوظيفها في عمليات تدريب المعلمين لمواكبة عصر المعلوماتية، فقد استهدف البحث الحالي بناء منظومة تدريبية قائمة على التدريب الافتراضي وقياس أثرها في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني والكفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي التعليم التجاري، وذلك في ظل تدني المستوى المهني للمعلمين، وضعف وقصور استخدام مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني نتيجة الاعتماد على الشكل التقليدي المعتاد في عمليات التدريب مما جعلها أقرب للروتين ولا ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب، فضلا عن ضعف المحتوى التدريبي نفسه. وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك، فقد تطلب البحث بناء منظومة تدريبية كاملة قائمة على استخدام وتوظيف الفصول الافتراضية وتطبيقات الواقع الافتراضي، حيث تتضمن من الأنشطة وأساليب التقويم والاستراتيجيات ما هو كفيل بعلاج القصور القائم لدى معلمي التعليم التجاري. وقد اعتمد البحث على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، وتطبيق أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في اختبار تحصيل لقياس الجوانب المعرفية المرتبطة بمهارات التدريس الإلكتروني، وبطاقة التقويم الذاتي لأداء تلك المهارات، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية، حيث تم تطبيق تلك الأدوات قبليا وبعديا على عينة من المعلمين قوامها (٢٥) معلما، وباستخدام المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة أظهرت نتائج البحث الأثر الإيجابي لاستخدام منظومة التدريب الافتراضي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني والكفاءة الذاتية وتوصل البحث لوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (٠,٠٥) بين متوسطي درجات عينة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي، فضلا عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني والكفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي التعليم التجاري. وبناء على ما تقدم يوصي البحث بضرورة سعي مؤسسات التعليم الفني إلى التأقلم مع ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والاستفادة منها بشكل إيجابي في تحسين مخرجات العملية التعليمية والتدريبية عن طريق نشر الوعي حول التدريب الافتراضي ومهارات التدريس الإلكتروني في قطاع التعليم التجاري على وجه التحديد، وتعظيم الاستفادة من تطبيق برامج التدريب الافتراضي على مستوي المعلمين قبل الخدمة من خلال مقررات إعداد معلمي التعليم التجاري وكذلك أثناء الخدمة عن طريق عقد الدورات واللقاءات والندوات وورش العمل، والوقوف على الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية لهم، والدمج بين الأساليب الإلكترونية الحديثة والتقليدية في عمليات التدريب للحصول على أكبر فاعلية ممكنة، لا سيما وأن توجهات الدولة حاليا تتجه نحو تسليط الضوء على التعليم التجاري كركيزة أساسية في بناء الاقتصاد، وكذلك تحقيق التنمية المهنية للمعلم باعتباره أساس أي محاولات جادة للتغيير والتطوير.

In light of the changes currently taking place in the world due to the technological development resulting from the digital and information revolution and in light of The enormous impact witnessed by educational practices in an attempt to keep abreast of the technical changes taking place, exploitation and employment in the processes of education and training of teachers to keep pace with the era of informatics, The recent research aims to build a Training System based on Virtual Training and measuring its impact in the development of e-learning skills and self- efficacy among teachers of Commercial education ,in light of the low professional level of teachers and the weakness and lack of use of e- teaching skills as a result of depending on the traditional form of traditional training, in addition to weakness of the training content. In order to achieve this, the research required building a complete training system based on the use and employment of virtual classrooms and applications of virtual reality, which includes activities and methods of assessment and strategies, which is able to solve the Problems of Commercial Education Teachers. The research was based on one-group experimental design and the application of research tools, which consisted of Test to measure the cognitive aspects related to e-teaching skills, the self-assessment card for the performance of these skills, and the self-efficacy scale , and applicate this Tools with (25) Teachers working in the service, and have the ability to deal with computer technology and the Internet. After the application of the research procedures on the sample, and using the necessary statistical treatments, the results of the research showed the positive effect of the use of the virtual training system in the development of e-teaching skills and self-efficacy of the teachers of Commercial Education, and the research found that there are differenced statistically at (0.05) between the average The research sample Scores in the tribal and post-application for the achievement test, the skill performance card and the self-efficacy measure for the post -application, as well as the correlation between the e-teaching skills and the self-efficacy of the teachers of commercial education. Based on the above, the research recommends that technical education institutions seek to adapt to the ICT revolution and benefit positively in improving the outcomes of the educational and training process by spreading awareness about virtual training and e-learning skills in the Commercial education sector in particular. Application of virtual training programs at pre-service teacher level through the courses of preparing commercial education teachers as well as during the service by holding courses, meetings, seminars and workshops, and to identify the actual training needs of them, the father Modem and traditional electronic methods in the training process to achieve the greatest possible efficiency, especially as the current trends of the Country tend to highlight the commercial education as a cornerstone in building the economy, as well as achieve the professional development of the teacher as the basis of any serious attempts to change and develop.
