المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا الدوليين بجامعة القصيم من الناحية الأكاديمية والإدارية والاقتصادية، والتحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير "الكلية العلمية" أو "المرحلة الدراسية" أو "اللغة الأم". واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الاستبانة المنظمة هي أداة الدراسة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة حوالي (51) طالبا تمثل مجتمع الدراسة الذي يبلغ حوالي (200) طالبا، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أعلى التحديات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا الدوليين بجامعة القصيم كانت التحديات الاقتصادية حيث جاءت بدرجة "كبيرة" وبمتوسط حسابي (3.87) من (5)، ثم جاءت تالية التحديات الإدارية التي جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة" وبمتوسط حسابي (3.21) من (5)، وغير بعيد عنها جاءت التحديات الأكاديمية التي جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة" وبمتوسط حسابي (3.17) من (5). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أيضا عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) فأقل بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير "المرحلة الدراسية" للطالب أو "الكلية العلمية" المقيد بها الطالب أو "اللغة الأم". وفي الختام، قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات لمعالجة هذه التحديات.

This study aimed to identify the most challenges facing international graduate students, at Qassim University, in terms of academic, administrative, and economic aspects. In addition, It aimed to find out any statistically significant differences according to the study variables “scientific college”, “study stage” or “mother language”. The quantitative descriptive-analytical method has been used as the study methodology. The structured questionnaire has been employed as the study instrument. The study sample was (51) students, representing the study population of about (200) students. The results of this study indicated that the highest challenges facing international graduate students, at Qassim University, were the economic challenges, as they came with a “Large” degree and a mean score (of 3.87) out of (5). Then, the administrative challenges came with a “medium” degree and a mean score (of 3.21) out of (5). Third, which was not far from the previous one. The academic challenges came with a "medium" degree and a mean score (of 3.17) out of (5). In addition, the results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) or less among the study population due to the study variables “school stage”, “scientific college” and “mother language conclusion. The study recommended strengthening the academic aspects of this group of students" international students", as well as developing administrative systems. In addition, it has been made some recommendations regarding economic challenges such as providing overtime work for those students and developing the campus environment.
