تأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية متغيراته، وندرة الدراسات العربية والمحلية عنهما، ومن أهمية عينة البحث- مديرو المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل والذين يعدون من الشرائح المهمة بالمجتمع، إذ تألف مجتمع البحث من (645) مديرا ومديرة للعام الدراسي (2020- 2021)، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (241) مديرا ومديرة،. ولقياس متغيري البحث تم تبني مقياس الذكاء الاقناعي (لجاسم، 2018)، وبناء مقياس السلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي من قبل الباحثة، وللتعرف على نتائج أهداف البحث استعانت الباحثة بحقيبة التحليل الإحصائي (spss)، والتي أظهرت، أن مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل يتمتعون بذكاء إقناعي وسلوك تنظيمي استباقي، مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين كل من الذكاء الاقناعي والسلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي لدى عينة البحث، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كلا المتغيرين تبعا لمدة الخدمة، مع وجود إسهام نسبي دال إحصائيا للمتغير المستقل وهو الذكاء الاقناعي في المتغير التابع وهو السلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي الثانوية. وبناء على ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات، وكذلك المقترحات. علما أن أهداف البحث الحالي هي التعرف على:- أولا: الذكاء الاقناعي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل. ثانيا: السلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل. ثالثا: العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء الاقناعي والسلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل. رابعا: الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء الاقناعي والسلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل تبعا لمتغير الجنس ومدة الخدمة. خامسا: نسبة مساهمة الذكاء الاقناعي في السلوك التنظيمي الاستباقي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بابل.
The importance of the research comes from the importance of its variables, the scarcity of Arab and local studies about them, and the importance of the research sample - principals of secondary schools in the province of Babylon, who are considered among the important segments of society, as the research community consisted of (645) principals for the academic year ((2020- 2021), As for the research sample, it consisted of ((241 male and female directors.) To measure the two variables of the research, the persuasive intelligence scale was adopted (Jassem, 2018), and the researcher built a measure of proactive organizational behavior by the researcher. Which showed, that secondary school principals in the province of Babylon have persuasive intelligence and proactive organizational behavior, with a positive correlation and statistical function between each of the persuasive intelligence and proactive organizational behavior in the research sample, and the study also showed statistically significant differences between both variables depending on the length of service., with a statistically significant relative contribution to the independent variable, which is persuasive intelligence, in the dependent variable, which is the secondary proactive organizational behavior. T, as well as the proposals Note that the objectives of the current research are to identify: First: The persuasive intelligence of secondary school principals in Babylon Governorate. Second: The proactive organizational behavior of secondary school principals in Babil Governorate. Third: The correlative relationship between persuasive intelligence and proactive organizational behavior among secondary school principals in Babil Governorate. Fourth: The statistically significant differences in the correlative relationship between persuasive intelligence and proactive organizational behavior among secondary school principals in Babil Governorate according to the variable of gender and length of service. Fifth: The percentage of the contribution of persuasive intelligence to the proactive organizational behavior of secondary school principals in Babil Governorate.
