المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات الشخصية والتربوية والإدارية للمربي، والأساليب التربوية التي ينبغي أن يطبقها، من خلال دراسة الآيات الكريمة التي تناولت قصة سليمان عليه السلام في سورة النمل، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الأصولي، وهو أحد المناهج البحثية في بحوث التربية الإسلامية، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن الآيات الكريمة التي تناولت قصة سليمان عليه السلام في سورة النمل قد تضمنت عددا من السمات الشخصية والتربوية والإدارية، التي ينبغي أن يتصف بها كل مرب مسلم لضمان نجاحه في مهمته التربوية، ومن تلك السمات ما يلي: السمات الشخصية، السمات التربوية، السمات الإدارية، كما تضمنت الآيات الكريمة التي تناولت قصة سليمان عليه السلام ومواقفه الواردة في سورة النمل، عددا من الأساليب التربوية التي ينبغي أن يدركها المربي ويطبقها في تعامله مع من يربيهم، ومن هذه الأساليب التي استنبطها الباحث: أسلوب الإقناع وتعليل المواقف والقرارات، وأسلوب اختبار المكلفين، وأسلوب إثارة التنافس بين المتربين، وأسلوب توفير البيئة المناسبة للمتربي وتوجيه لها، وأسلوب الجمع في علاج المشكلات بين التوجيه المباشر للمربي وتعريضه للمواقف العملية المقصودة، وأسلوب التهديد، وفي ختام الدراسة أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات، من أهمها: تعميق دراسة سمات المربي وأساليبه التربوية المستنبطة من القرآن الكريم، واعتمادها ضمن مقررات برامج إعداد المعلم في كليات التربية.

This study aimed to identify the personal, educational, and administrative characteristics of the educator and the educational methods that the educator should apply through the study of the noble verses of the Holy Quran, which dealt with the story of Solomon (Peace Be Upon Him) in Surat Al-Naml. The researcher made use of the fundamental method which is one of the prominent methods in Islamic Education. The results of the study revealed the following: Surat Al-Naml included a number of personal, educational and administrative characteristics, which every Muslim educator should possess to ensure his success in his educational mission. Among the most important characteristics of the educator are the personal educational and administrative characteristics. The Surat included the noble verses that dealt with the story of Solomon (Peace Be Upon Him), and his situations. There are a number of educational methods that the educator should be aware of and apply in dealing with those who are under his charge. Among these methods that the researcher devised are the methods of persuasion and justification of attitudes and decisions, the method of testing, the method of provoking competition among the educators, the method of providing the appropriate environment for the educators and directing them, the method of combination in treating the problems between the direct mentor to the educator and his exposure to the intended practical situations, and the threatening method. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, and the most important of which are summarized in deepening the study of the characteristics of the educator and methods of Islamic education derived from the Holy Qur’an to be adopted within the courses of teacher’s preparation programs at the faculties of education.
