المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس الفروق في الذكاء الناجح من خلال تطبيق اختبار الذكاء الناجح لـ (ستيرنبرج للقدرات العقلية الثلاثية)، على عينة من طلبة جامعة البعث، مؤلفة من 500 طالبا وطالبة من كليتي الهندسة المدنية والتربية، منهم (200) من الذكور، و(300) من الإناث، وذلك لتعرف فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق في متوسط درجات الذكاء الناجح بين طلبة التخصصات النظرية (التربية)، والتخصصات التطبيقية (الهندسة المدنية)، وأيضا دراسة الفروق بين الطلبة الذكور في كليتي الهندسة المدنية والتربية، وبين الطالبات أيضا في كليتي الهندسة المدنية والتربية، وبين الذكور والإناث في كلية الهندسة المدنية، وبين الذكور والإناث في كلية التربية، ولدى عينة البحث بشكل كلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الناجح بين طلبة كلية الهندسة المدنية وطلبة كلية التربية لصالح طلبة كلية التربية. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الناجح لدى عينة البحث تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الأعلى. -لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الذكاء الناجح بين الطلبة الذكور والإناث في الكليات التطبيقية والكليات النظرية.

The study aims to measure the differences in Successful intelligence by applying the Successful intelligence test of Strenburg, on a sample of students from the University of Baath, consisting of 500 male and female students from the Civil Engineering and Education faculties, of whom 200 are males and 300 are females. In order to identify whether there are differences in the average Successful intelligence scores among students of theoretical disciplines (Education) and applied disciplines (Civil Engineering), between male students in the Civil Engineering and Education faculties, and between female students in the Civil Engineering and Education faculties, and between males and females in college Civil Engineering, between males and females in Education school, and in the research sample in a holistic manner. The study found the following results: 1. The Successful intelligence test of Strenburg has good indicators of honesty and persistence. 2. There are statistically significant differences in Successful intelligence between students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and students of the Faculty of Education in favor of students of the Faculty of Education. 3. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in Successful intelligence in the research sample according to the variable of the school year in favor of the first year and the second year. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in Successful intelligence between males and females in theoretical and applied disciplines.
