The research aimed to determine the requirements for the quality of professional performance of social workers working in child protection committees. The results of the research revealed the most important findings related to the social worker’s knowledge of child protection committees. It is evident that these responses are statistically distributed according to the weighted average (18.0) and the relative strength of the dimension (85.7%). This confirms that these responses predominantly align with agreement on the dimension. This is indicated by the percentage of those who answered yes, which reached (61.0%), while those who answered to some extent reached (35.2%), and those who answered no comprised (3.8%). Regarding the results related to the skills of social workers working in child protection committees, the responses also show statistical distribution according to the weighted average (19.3) and the relative strength of the dimension (91.9%). Thus, it can be confirmed that these responses predominantly reflect agreement with the dimension. This is evident from the percentage of those who answered yes, which reached (76.6%), while those who answered to some extent reached (22.6%), and those who answered no comprised (0.8%). The results related to the values and ethics of social workers working in child protection committees indicate that these responses are statistically distributed according to the weighted average (19.1) and the relative strength of the dimension (90.9%). This confirms that these responses predominantly align with agreement on the dimension.
