المستخلص: تحديد مدى حاجة طلاب المرحلة الثانوية للموهوبين في مدينة جده للكفايات اللغوية اللازمة. بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن دلالة الفروق الإحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط أفراد مجتمع الدراسة على استبانة من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لدة الطلاب الموهوبين تعزى لاختلافهم في متغير المؤهل العلمي، والدورات التدريبية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ومكاتب التعليم، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وصمم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمدارس الموهوبين للعام الدراسي ١٤٤٢/1443 هو البالغ عددهن (115) معلما. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن "الكفايات القرائية" جاءت بمتوسط عام بلغ (3.83) بدرجة (عالية)، و"الكفايات التواصلية" بمتوسط (3.35) ودرجة (عالية)، و "الكفايات الكتابية" بمتوسط (3.79) و "الكفايات النحوية" بدرجة اتفق (عالية) ومتوسط عام بلغ (3.72)، و" كفايات التذوق الأدبي" بمتوسط (3.985)، ودرجة اتفاق (متوسطة)، و"كفايات حفظ الشواهد الشعرية والنثرية" بمتوسط عام (3.39) بدرجة (متوسطة) و"الكفايات الذهنية ومهارات التفكير" بمتوسط (3.60)، بدرجة (عالية). جاءت قيمة (ت) دالة إحصائيا حسب متغير المؤهل العلمي/الدرجة العلمية بالكفايات "القرائية" و"التواصلية"، و"الكفايات الكتابية"، و" كفايات حفظ الشواهد الشعرية والنثرية"، و"كفايات ذهنية ومهارات التفكير"، وغير داله إحصائيا بـ" كفايات نحوية"، و" كفايات التذوق الأدبي". كما جاءت قيمة (ت) غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) حسب متغير الدورات التدريبية في كل محاور الدراسة "كفايات قرائية"، و"كفايات تواصلية"، و"كفايات كتابية"، و"كفايات نحوية"، و"كفايات التذوق الأدبي"، و"كفايات حفظ الشواهد الشعرية والنثرية" و" كفايات ذهنية ومهارات التفكير". جاءت قيمة (ف) غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) حسب متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، ومتغير مكاتب التعليم في كل من:" كفايات قرائيه": " كفايات تواصلية"،:" كفايات كتابية" و" كفايات نحوية "، و" كفايات التذوق الأدبي"، و" كفايات حفظ الشواهد الشعرية والنثريه" و" كفايات ذهنية ومهارات التفكير "حيث قيمة "ف" (1.180) ومستوى دلالة (0.324).

To determine the extent to which the talented secondary school students in the city of Jeddah need the necessary language competencies. In addition to revealing the significance of the statistical differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average members of the study community on a questionnaire from the point of view of secondary school teachers of gifted students due to their differences in the variable of academic qualification, training courses, number of years of experience, and education offices. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the researcher designed the questionnaire as a tool to achieve the study objectives The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in gifted schools for the academic year 1442/1443, which numbered (115) teachers The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which were The results of the study showed that “Reading Competencies” came with a general average of (3.83), with a score of (high), “Communicative competencies” with an average of (3.35) and a degree (high), “Writing competencies” with an average of (3.79) and “Grammar competencies” with an average of (3.79) Agreed (high) and a general average of (3.72), and "literary taste competencies" with an average of (3.985), a degree of agreement (medium), "competencies for memorizing poetic and prose evidence" with a general average of (3.39) with a degree (medium), and "mental competencies and skills of Thinking" with an average of (3.60), with a degree (high)The value of (T) was statistically significant according to the academic qualification variable/scientific degree in the “reading” and “communicative” competencies, “writing competencies,” “the competencies of memorizing poetic and prose evidence,” “mental competencies and thinking skills,” and not statistically significant. With "grammatical competencies", and "literary taste competencies The value of (t) was not statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable of training courses in all the axes of the study “reading competencies,” “communicative competencies,” “writing competencies,” "grammatical competencies," and “grammatical competencies.” Literary Tasting”, “Skills for Memorizing Poetic and Prose Evidence”, and “Mental Competencies and Thinking Skills The value of (P) was not statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variable number of years of experience and the variable of education offices in each of: “Reading Competencies”: “Communicative Competencies”, “Writing Competencies” and “Grammar competencies”, and “Literary Appreciation Competencies”, “Skills for Memorizing Poetic and Prose Evidence” and “Mental Competencies and Thinking Skills”, where the value of “P” is (1.180) and the level of significance is (0.324)
