المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة المخاطر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الأندية الرياضية الأردنية المحترفة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم قياس إدارة المخاطر باستخدام: التعرف على المخاطر، تحليل المخاطر، تقييم المخاطر، التحكم بالمخاطر، المتابعة والمراقبة الدورية، كما تم قياس تحقيق الميزة التنافسية باستخدام الاستجابة والابتكار، ولجمع البيانات اللازمة للدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة التي وزعت بطريقة المسح الشامل على عينة بلغت (122) مستجيبا من العاملين في الأندية الرياضية الأردنية المحترفة حيث تكونت وحدة المعاينة من مدير إدارة ونائب مدير إدارة ورئيس قسم ومدرب ومساعد مدرب وفني رياضة، وتم استرداد (122) استبانة أي بنسبة 100%. بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لإدارة المخاطر بأبعادها (التعرف على المخاطر، تحليل المخاطر، تقييم المخاطر، التحكم بالمخاطر، المتابعة والمراقبة الدورية) في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها (الاستجابة والابتكار) في الأندية الرياضية الأردنية المحترفة، كما تبين وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لإدارة المخاطر بأبعادها مجتمعة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الاستجابة في الأندية الرياضية الأردنية المحترفة، وكذلك وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لإدارة المخاطر بأبعادها مجتمعة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الابتكار في الأندية الرياضية الأردنية المحترفة. بناء على نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم عدة توصيات منها العمل على تشخيص المخاطر بالبيئة التي تعمل فيها بطريقة علمية والتعرف على أنواعها ليتم مواجهتها بشكل سليم والعمل على تقييم المخاطر المحيطة بالنادي بشكل دوري وتحديد آليات التحكم بها وتطويرها بما يتناسب مع حجم هذه المخاطر، وكذلك الاهتمام بنقاط الضعف في النادي ومراجعتها بشكل دوري والعمل على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة وخاصة في مجال الإمكانات المالية والفنية والخبرات الإدارية.

This study aimed to identify the impact of risk management in achieving competitive advantage in Jordanian professional sports clubs, and to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed. Risk management was measured using: risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk control, follow-up and periodic monitoring, and the achievement of competitive advantage was measured using response and innovation, and to collect the necessary data for the study, a questionnaire was used, which was distributed in a comprehensive survey method to a sample of (122) respondents from among the employees of the Jordanian professional sports clubs, where the sampling unit consisted of the director of the administration, the deputy director of the administration, the head of the department, the coach, the assistant coach and the sports technician, and all (122) questionnaires were retrieved. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant impact of risk management with its dimensions (risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk control, follow-up and periodic monitoring) in achieving competitive advantage with its dimensions (response and innovation) in professional Jordanian sports clubs. And there is a statistically significant impact of risk management with its combined dimensions in achieving the competitive advantage in response in professional Jordanian sports clubs, as well as the existence of a statistically significant impact of risk management with its combined dimensions in achieving the competitive advantage in innovation in professional Jordanian sports clubs. Based on the results of the study, several recommendations were made, including working on diagnosing risks in the environment in which you operate in a scientific way, identifying their types in order to be properly confronted, and working on assessing the risks surrounding the club periodically and determining the mechanisms to control and develop them in proportion to the size of these risks, as well as attention to weaknesses In the club, reviewing them periodically, and working to find appropriate solutions, especially in the field of financial, technical and management expertise.
