جندت وزارة التعليم جهودها لتطوير تكنولوجيا التعليم ورفع الإنتاج المعرفي وضمنته من أسس معايير بناء المناهج وأيضا المبادئ التوجيهية للمعايير وذلك إسهاما منها في رفع الاقتصاد المعرفي وتحقيقا لرؤية 2030 وتمكين وتفعيل مستحدثات التقنية ومستجدتها في العملية التعليمية وذلك لتحقيق الغايات والفلسفات التعليمية، وبتنوع التقني، والذي اتسم بسرعة التغيير والتطور في مجالي البرمجيات والحواسب الإلكترونية. هدف البحث إلى: 1- التعرف على واقع استخدامات الدردشات التفاعلية لتعزيز تدريس مهارة الفهم القرائي باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات بمكة المكرمة. 2-التعرف على واقع استخدامات الدردشات التفاعلية لتعزيز تدريس مهارة الكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات بمكة المكرمة. 3-الوصول إلى أهمية استخدام الدردشة التفاعلية لتدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات بمكة المكرمة. 4-الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه المعلمات في استخدام الدردشة التفاعلية لتدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات بمكة المكرمة. 5-الكشف عن الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المعلمات واستجابات المشرفات حول استخدامات الدردشة التفاعلية لتدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات بمكة المكرمة تعزى لــــ (المرحلة التدريسية -المؤهل العلمي -الدورات التدريبية -الخبرة). توصل البحث إلى: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المعلمات في واقع استخدام الدردشة التفاعلية لتعزيز تدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المشرفات في واقع استخدام الدردشة التفاعلية لتعزيز تدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين محاور استبيان واقع استخدام الدردشة التفاعلية لتعزيز تدريس مهارتي الفهم القرائي والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات.
The Ministry of Education mobilized its efforts to develop educational technology and raise knowledge production and included it among the foundations of standards for building curricula as well as guidelines for standards, as a contribution to raising the knowledge economy, achieving Vision 2030 and enabling and activating technological innovations and innovations in the educational process in order to achieve educational goals and philosophies, and the diversity of technology, which was characterized by speed Change and development in the fields of software and electronic computers. The aim of the search is to: 1- Recognizing the reality of the uses of interactive chats to enhance the teaching of reading comprehension skill in English from the point of view of teachers and supervisors in Makkah. 2- Recognizing the reality of the uses of interactive chats to enhance the teaching of writing skill in the English language from the point of view of teachers and supervisors in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. 3- Access to the importance of using interactive chat to teach the skills of reading comprehension and writing in English from the point of view of teachers and supervisors in Makkah. 4- Revealing the challenges facing female teachers in using interactive chat to teach the skills of reading comprehension and writing in English from the point of view of female teachers and supervisors in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Detecting statistically significant differences between the responses of female teachers and the responses of supervisors about the uses of interactive chat to teach the skills of reading comprehension and writing in English from the point of view of teachers and supervisors in Makkah due to (teaching stage - academic qualification - training courses - experience). The search found: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the parameters in the reality of using interactive chat to enhance the teaching of reading comprehension and writing skills in the English language according to the study variables. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of supervisors in the reality of using interactive chat to enhance the teaching of reading comprehension and writing skills in the English language according to the study variables. 3- There is a correlation between the axes of the questionnaire about the reality of using interactive chat to enhance the teaching of the skills of reading comprehension and writing in English from the point of view of teachers and supervisors.
