|b In this technologically advanced century, more software and applications have emerged to grab people's attention, in terms of entertainment, education, and international as well as governmental issues. Then, a social media program called TikTok came out and quickly grabbed the attention of the public, especially kids and teens in schools. TikTok uses big data to send videos to its users according to their interests and time, every user can post, like and comment on the videos. It was also confirmed that TikTok has become an online marketing platform with the advent of the live broadcast function. In other words, this software also plays a vital role in people's daily lives. In light of this phenomenon, this paper aimed to explain this program through theoretical frameworks, and to research its effects on the child.
