تناولت الدراسة التعرف على إسهام برامج النشاط الكشفي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لجوالي وجوالات جامعة بنها وفقا لكل من متغير نوع الجنس وسنوات الدراسة وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه. ويمثل مجتمع البحث جوالي وجوالات كليات جامعة بنها المقيدين بنشاط إدارة الجوالة والخدمة العامة وعددهم (٤٥٠) جوال وجوالة، وقد طبق الباحثون قائمة قيم المواطنة من إعداد (محمد عاطف بحيري) على عدد (٤٣٤) جوال وجوالة من مجتمع البحث نظرا لعدم استفاء (١٦) جوال وجوالة البيانات المطلوبة، وقد تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (١٠٠) فرد كعينة لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية (صدق وثبات القائمة) قيد البحث، وعدد (٢٥٠) جوال وعدد (٨٤) جوالة لإجراء التطبيق النهائي للقائمة، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثون أن برامج النشاط الكشفي تدعم مشاركة جوالي الجامعة في الأعمال الخيرية في المجتمع وتساهم في مساعدة الأخرين وتحد من الظواهر السلبية من خلال تحفيز جوالي الجامعة في المشاركة في العمل التطوعي وتساهم في خدمة جوالي الجامعة للمجتمع من خلال زيارة المؤسسات والجمعيات الخيرية وتحث الجوالين على مساعدة ذوي الهمم وكبار السن والأيتام وتساهم في حل مشكلات المجتمع عن طريق البحث والدراسة ورفع التوصيات للجهات المختصة بالنشاط الكشفي، كما تساهم في نشر الوعي بضرورة الالتزام بتعليمات أنظمة الدولة وتساهم في العمل على نظافة وتطوير الجامعة وتؤدي إلى استثارة دافعية جوالي الجامعة نحو خدمة المجتمع وتساهم في تأهيل جوالي الجامعة لمواجهة الأزمات والكوارث التي قد تطرأ على المجتمع. كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد عينة البحث وفقا لمتغير نوع الجنس ومتغير سنوات الدراسة في إسهامات برامج النشاط الكشفي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لديهم.
The study dealt with identifying the contribution of scouting activity programs in developing the values of citizenship for the Benha University roving and roving according to each of the gender variables and the years of study. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method due to its suitability to the nature and objectives of the research. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample according to the gender variable and the variable years of study in the contributions of scouting activity programs in developing their citizenship values.
