In the classroom, many new teachers find it difficult to manage knowledge because of their lack of understanding of how to use the materials available in the language classroom. As part of the teaching and learning of foreign languages, we will discuss the training of trainers, its interest and the possibility of initiating new teachers to the use of different devices and means to conduct effective teaching. Thus, our approach demonstrates the impact of the training offered on the representations and practices of teachers. En classe, nombreux sont les enseignants débutants qui ont du mal à gérer des savoirs à cause de la méconnaissance de l’exploitation des supports disponibles en classe de langue. Dans le cadre de l’enseignement-apprentissage des langues étrangères, nous allons aborder la formation des formateurs, son intérêt et la possibilité d’initier les enseignants nouveaux au recours aux différents dispositifs et moyens pour mener un enseignement efficace. Ainsi, notre démarche démontre l’impact de la formation proposée sur les représentations et les pratiques des enseignants. |
