|a هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية في بنك فلسطين وقياس مدى كفاءتها وفعاليتها، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وتم تجهيز الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وتم تجهيز الاستبانة لقياس مدى كفاءة وفعالية النظم المعلومات الإدارية بالتطبيق على بنك فلسطين، تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من موظفي البنك وتم تحليل الاستبانة واختبار فرضيات الدراسة بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج: أن درجة قياس كفاءة وفعالية نظم المعلومات الإدارية في بنك فلسطين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي (76.4%)، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات ما درجة تقدير واقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية في بنك فلسطين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: زيادة الاهتمام برفع كفاءة وفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتحسين درجة توفرها لما لها من تأثير على كافة المستويات الإدارية في بنك فلسطين، ضرورة الاستمرار في رفع كفاءة مكونات نظم المعلومات الإدارية وخصوصا (مكونات النظم، المستوى التنظيمي، جودة الخدمات،) وتطويرها تبعا للمستحدثات التكنولوجية.
|b This study aimed to identify the reality of management information systems in Bank of Palestine and effectiveness, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was prepared to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of management information systems by applying to the Bank of Palestine. The questionnaire was recommended the following distributed to a random sample of bank employees. The questionnaire was analyzed and tested The hypotheses of the study by means of the statistical packages SPSS program, and the researcher reached a set of results: that the degree of estimation of the degree of estimation of the reality of management information systems in the Bank of Palestine Gaza came to a large degree and a relative weight of (76.40%), and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05). Among the averages, what is the degree of estimation of the reality of management information systems in Bank of Palestine due to the variable gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and the study recommended the following: Increasing interest in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems Administrative blame and improving the degree of its availability due to its impact on all administrative levels in Bank of Palestine, the need to continue raising the efficiency of the components of management information systems, especially (system components, organizational level, quality of services,) and developing them according to technological innovations
