المستخلص: من خلال هذه الدراسة، نركز على تقييم التدريب الميداني المصمم كواحد من أبرز الأنشطة البيداغوجية على مستوى المدارس العليا في الجزائر. في الواقع، نحن نتتبع بعض المسارات المبتكرة من خلال الحرص على النجاح في تقييم المتدربين في نهاية التكوين بواسطة استبيان يتم إجراؤه على الأساتذة الذين يثيرون أهمية تعزيز العمل التعاوني الذي يؤدي إلى توحيد شبكات التقييم المعيارية. كما يقترحون إنشاء وحدة تنسيق إداري تربوي يمكن أن تضمن المتابعة والتواصل بين أساتذة المدارس العليا الجزائرية كافة والابتكار في مجال الممارسات البيداغوجية الجامعية.

Through this study, we focus on the evaluation of the practical internship designed as one of the most salient educational activities at the level of the Écoles Normales Supérieures in Algeria. In fact, we trace some innovative tracks by the concern to succeed in the evaluation of the end-of-cycle trainees by means of a survey carried out by a questionnaire administered to the tutor teachers who raise the importance of promoting collaborative work leading to the unification of criterion-referenced evaluation grids. As they suggest the creation of a pedagogical-administrative coordination unit which could ensure the follow-up, the communication between the teachers of all the Algerian ENS and innovation in the field of university pedagogical practices.

À travers la présente étude, nous mettons l’accent sur l’évaluation du stage pratique conçue comme l’une des activités pédagogiques les plus saillantes au niveau des Écoles Normales Supérieures en Algérie. En fait, nous traçons quelques pistes novatrices par le souci de réussir l’évaluation des stagiaires de fin de cycle au moyen d’une enquête réalisée par un questionnaire administré aux enseignants tuteurs qui soulèvent l’importance de promouvoir le travail collaboratif débouchant sur l’unification des grilles d’évaluation critériées. Comme ils suggèrent la création d’une cellule de coordination pédago-administrative qui pourrait assurer le suivi, la communication entre les enseignants de toutes les ENS algériennes et l’innovation dans le domaine des pratiques pédagogiques universitaires.
