المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف العلاقة بين درجة توفر التوجهات الاستراتيجية ودرجة تحقق فاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في درجات أفراد العينة وفق متغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، الدورات المتبعة)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب التحليل وتطبيق أدوات البحث المؤلفة من: (استبانة درجة توفر التوجهات الاستراتيجية، واستبانة درجة تحقق فاعلية اتخاذ القرار) على العينة التي شملت جميع مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي (الرسمية) في مدينة حمص والبالغ عددهم (144) وفق إحصائيات مديرية التربية في حمص للعام الدراسي 2020/ 2021، وأظهرت النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1-توفر التوجهات الاستراتيجية بدرجة متوسطة ووزن نسبي (65%)، إضافة لتحقق فاعلية اتخاذ القرار بدرجة متوسطة ووزن نسبي (65%). 2-وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجات أفراد العينة على استبانة توفر التوجهات الاستراتيجية ودرجاتهم على استبانة تحقق فاعلية اتخاذ القرار. 3-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (0.05) بين درجات أفراد العينة لاستبانة التوجه الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وبناء على النتائج فإن أهم المقترحات: التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي لتوفير دعم مادي وبشري لدعم التوجه الاستراتيجي المستقبلي، وتدريب المديرين على خطوات إعداد خطة استراتيجية للمدرسة تدعم خصوصية المدرسة وفق نتائج التحليل البيئي.

The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the degree of availability of strategic Orientations and the effectiveness of decision-making is achieved among the principals of basic education schools, and to reveal the significance of differences in the degrees of the sample members according to the variables (years of experience, courses followed), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the application of The research tool on the sample that included all (144) principals of basic schools according to the statistics of the Directorate of Education in Homs 2020/2021 The results of the research showed: 1- Availability of strategic Orientations with a medium degree of relative weight (65%), in addition to achieving effective decision-making with a medium degree and relative weight (65%.) 2- There is a positive correlation between the scores of the sample members on a questionnaire that provides strategic Orientations and their scores on a questionnaire that achieves the effectiveness of decision-making. 3- There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the scores of the sample members to determine the strategic orientation due to the variable years of experience Based on the results, the most important proposals are: cooperation with local community institutions to provide material and human support to support the future strategic Orientation, and training of principals on the steps of preparing a strategic plan for the school that supports the privacy of the school according to the results of the environmental analysis.
