تعد العملية التربوية صناعة بشرية، فهي من زاوية عملية تنمية للقوى البشرية إلى أقصى ما لديها من إمكانات وقدرات وتزويدها بالمهارات والمعارف والقيم اللازمة للقيام بعملها علي نحو منتج وفعال، وهي من زاوية أخرى عملية اقتصادية لها عوائدها التي تؤثر بالتالي في رسم السياسات التربوية، لذلك ركزت توصيات التربويون، على ضرورة تكامل المدرسة مع الحياة، وذلك بإدخال عنصر العمل في تعليم الأطفال، والتعليم المنتج هو كل نشاط تعليمي يؤدي إلى اكتساب مهارات إنتاجية، من خلال عمل إنتاجي فعلي، وهو أي عملية ذهنية تقترن مع نشاط يدوي، من هنا جاءت تطبيقات هذا الاتجاه من خلال مشاريع وبرامج تركز على الأنشطة التعلمية التي تهدف إلى تكامل الحياة المدرسية مع حياة المجتمع المحلي، أو على أقل تقدير مع الحياة في البيئة المحيطة، وبالتالي يهدف إلى تطوير المهارات اليدوية والأكاديمية للأطفال، ومن ثم يتاح لهؤلاء الأطفال اكتساب مهارات معينة تحتاجها سوق العمل، ومن السمات الأخرى لهذه البرامج أنها تحاول غرس روح الفخر بما يقومون به من أنشطة على أساس أنها خطوات في سبيل القومية والتنمية. لكن هذا التعليم واجهته العديد من المشكلات مما استدعى ضرورة تطويره، لذا تناول هذا البحث الأسس النظرية لكلا من التعليم البولوتكنيكي والمدرسة المنتجة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج المقارن)، وتوصل البحث إلى وضع مقترحات لتطوير هذا التعليم لتحقيق ثورة حقيقة تتضمن مراجعة شاملة للعديد من أساسيات المنظومة التعليمية وثوابتها نظرا لضخامة التغيير المطلوب والحقيقة أن طرح مجموعة من الأفكار، تتطلب توفر إرادة مجتمعية وسياسية حقيقية بعيدا عن الشعارات الرنانة والإنجازات الورقية، كما أنها تحتاج قناعة تامة بأن الخلاص من كل الأزمات التي يعاني منها المجتمع المصري تبدأ أولا بتوفير تعليم جيد لكل طبقاته، وذلك من الممكن تحقيقه عن طريق تطبيق العمل المنتج داخل مدارس.
The educational Process is a human industry, as it is from the point of view of a process of developing human forces to their maximum potential and capabilities and providing them with the skills, knowledge and values necessary to carry out their work in a productive and effective manner. The recommendations of educators, on the need to integrate the school with life, by introducing work into the education of children, and productive education is every educational activity that leads to the acquisition of productive education skills through actual productive work, or it is any mental process associated with manual activity, hence the applications of this directions through projects and programs that’s focus on educational activities that aim to integrate school life of the life of the local community or at least with life in the surrounding environment, thus it aims to develop the manual and academic skills of children, and then allow these children to acquire certain skills needed by the labor market. Another feature of these programs is that they try to instill a spirit of pride in their activities on the basis that they are steps towards nationalism development. However, this education faced many problems, which necessitated its development. Therefore, this research deals with the Polotiqnic Education and Productive School, The research used the descriptive approach, and competitive approach and it used some of its tools,), the research reached Some Proposals To developing this education to achieve areal revolution that includes acomprehensive review of many of the basics of the educational system and its constants due to the enormity of the required change and the fact that putting forward aset of ideas requires areal societal and poltical will away from the resonant slogans and papers goals also needs a complete convition that’s salvation from all crises that suffer including the Egyptian society, it begins first by providing quality education, and this can be implement by applying the productive school with in the schools.
