المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على بعض الخبرات العالمية لمدارس STEM وإمكانية الإفادة منها في مصر لمواكبة عصر اقتصاد المعرفة؛ من خلال التعرف على وقع مدارس المتفوقين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا STEM والمشكلات التي تعاني منها تلك المدارس والتي تحول دون تحقيقها لتخريج نوعية من الخريجين قادرين على الأبداع والابتكار، والاطلاع على خبرات بعض الدول التي تعين البحث على تحقيق أهدافه، ووضع بعض التوصيات المقترحة لمعالجة تلك المشكلات التي تعاني منها لمواكبة عصر اقتصاد المعرفة، وفي سبيل ذلك اعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي، لكونه أكثر المناهج ملائمة لطبيعة البحث، ولمقابلات الشخصية والملاحظة، واستخدام التحليل الرباعي البيئي SWOT، باعتباره أفضل النماذج لرصد واقع المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث يحدد نقاط القوة والضعف في البيئة الداخلية، والفرص والتهديدات الخارجية لمدرسة STEM بسرس الليان محافظة المنوفية، وتبين من خلال هذا التحليل أن هناك مجموعة من نقاط القوة، وجوانب ضعف، وقليل من الفرص والكثير من التهديدات التي يمكن أن تحول دون تحقيق أهداف تلك المدرسة. وقد أسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: -توصل البحث من خلال تحليل وقع البيئة الداخلية ولخارجية لمدرسة STEM بسرس الليان محافظة المنوفية، إلى أن لديها مجموعة من نفاط القوة، وتعاني العديد من جونب الضعف، والعديد من الفرص والكثير من التهديدات التي يهكن أن تؤثر على كفاءتها. -وتشير نتائج التحليلي البيئي إلى جهود وزارة التربية والتعليم في تطوير وتحسين مدرسة STEM، ولكن في ظل العديد من نفاط الضعف، والتحديات الخارجية التي تعيق تحقيق الأهداف المعلنة لهذه المدرسة. -وفي ضوء نتائج التحليل الرباعي البيئي، تم تحديد البدائل الاستراتيجية، واختيار البديل الاستراتيجي الأنسب هو استراتيجية الضعف ولتهديدات WT. -تم وضع بعض التوصيات المقترحة لمواجهة ما تعانيه مدرسة STEM بسرس الليان محافظة المنوفية من مشكلات لمواكبة عصر اقتصاد المعرفة.

The aim of the current research is to identify some of the global experiences of STEM schools and the possibility of benefiting from them in Egypt to keep pace with the era of the knowledge economy, by identifying the reality of STEM schools of excellence in science and technology and the problems that these schools suffer from that prevent them from achieving quality graduates capable of creativity and innovation. And getting acquainted with the experiences of some countries that helped the research achieve its goals, and developing some suggested recommendations to address those problems that it suffers from to keep pace with the era of the knowledge economy, and for that the current research relied on the descriptive approach, as it is the most appropriate method for the nature of research, personal interviews and observation, and the use of analysis SWOT. As the best models for monitoring the reality of educational institutions, as it identifies the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, and the external opportunities and threats to the STEM School in Sirs El Layan, Menoufia Governorate, and it was found through this analysis that there are a set of strengths, weaknesses, few opportunities and many threats that can To prevent the achievement of the goals of that school. The research resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are the following: -The research, by analyzing the reality of the internal and external environment of the STEM School in Sars El Layan. Menoufia Governorate, concluded that it has a set of strengths, suffers from many weaknesses, many opportunities and many threats that can affect its efficiency. -The results of the environmental analysis refer to the efforts of the Ministry of Education in developing and improving the STEM school, but in light of many weaknesses and external challenges that impede achieving the declared goals of this school. -In light of the results of the environmental quadripartite analysis, strategic alternatives were identified, and the most appropriate strategic alternative was chosen, which is the strategy of weakness and threats (WT). -Some suggested recommendations have been developed to confront the problems that the SIEM School in Sers El-Layan. Menoufia Governorate, suffers from in order to keep pace with the era of the knowledge economy.
