|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التنمر وكل من التعاطف "المعرفي -الوجداني" والكفاءة الأخلاقية "الاستقامة -المسؤولية -إدارة الانطباع –الإيثار -الحكم الخلقي" لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف، قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات البحث التي تمثلت في المقاييس الثلاثة: مقياس التنمر للمراهقين من إعداد (Griezel et al., 2008) "ترجمة الباحثة"، ومقياس التعاطف من إعداد (Batchelder et al., 2017) "ترجمة الباحثة"، ومقياس الكفاءة الأخلاقية إعداد (عبد الهادي السيد & فاروق السيد، 2019) وذلك على العينة الأساسية للبحث، والتي بلغت (٢٠٦) تلميذا بواقع (53.4%) من الذكور و(46.6%) من إناث من بين تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة المنوفية وتراوحت أعمارهم بين (13: 15) عاما بمتوسط حسابي قدره (13.47)، وتم تصحيح المقاييس ورصد الدرجات ومعالجتها إحصائيا، وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج هي: (١) توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين التنمر والتعاطف لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، (٢) توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين التنمر والكفاءة الأخلاقية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية. وعلى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحث، قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات التربوية.
|b The current research aimed to examine the relationship between bullying and each of the "cognitive and emotional" dimensions of empathy and moral competence "integrity- responsibility- impression management- altruism -moral judgment" among preparatory stage pupils. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher applied the research tools, which were represented in three scales: The Adolescent Bullying Scale (prepared by: Griezel et al., 2008) "translated by the researcher", and The Empathy Scale (prepared by: Batchelder et al., 2017) “translated by the researcher”, and The Moral Competence Scale (prepared by: Abdul Hadi Al-Sayed Abdo & Farouk El-Sayed Othman, 2019) on the basic sample of the research, which consisted of (206) students, (53.4%) males and (46.6%) females among preparatory stage pupils, Menoufia Governorate. The results of the research revealed the following: (1) There is a statistically significant negative correlation between bullying and empathy among preparatory stage pupils, (2) There is a statistically significant negative correlation between bullying and moral competence among preparatory stage pupils. The researcher presented some educational recommendations in the light of on the research results.
