|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع التصور المقترح الذي يسهم في تفعيل دور الجامعة المنتجة في ضوء أبعاد ثقافة ريادة الأعمال وآليات تنفيذه، والمنهج المستخدم تمثل في المنهج الوصفي، الذي يعبر عن تحليل وتشخيص الظاهرة والكشف عن جوانبها، ومجتمع البحث هم أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية، وعينة البحث تحددت في عددا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية، والذين شاركوا في الاستجابة على أداتي البحث من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عبر تقنية (Google Form). وأبرز ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج: 1- الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين أدوار الجامعة المنتجة الوظيفية وأبعاد ثقافة ريادة الأعمال التي استهدفها البحث الحالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. 2- التعرف على أدوار الجامعة المنتجة في المجال التعليمي، وفي صدارتها أن مكونات المناهج الدراسية ترتبط كلية بمتطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل التي يحددها كل من خبراء المجال وأصحاب العمل. 3- رصد أدوار الجامعة المنتجة في مجال البحث العلمي، وفي مقدمتها ضرورة تشكيل فرق بحثية يتم تحديثها كل عام للحرص على إجراء المشروعات البحثية المدعومة من المؤسسة التعليمية والمؤسسات الإنتاجية والمستفيدة. 4- استخلاص أدوار الجامعة المنتجة في مجال خدمة المجتمع وفي مقدمتها أن تقدم الخدمات التعليمية والثقافية والتوعوية بصفة دورية في المجالات النوعية لأفراد المجتمع المدني لمختلف الأعمار بما يزيد من الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو المؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية.
|b The current research aimed to develop a suggested proposal that contribute to activating the productive role of university in light of the dimensions of the culture of entrepreneurship and the mechanisms of implementation. The research made use of the descriptive approach which analyzes and explores all the aspects of the phenomenon. The research community included the faculty members at the Egyptian universities, and the research sample included those who responded to both research instruments through social networking sites (Google Forms). The research results revealed the aspects of the culture of entrepreneurship targeted by the current research from the viewpoints of the faculty members. The research recognized the productive roles of the university in the educational field, specifically the components of the curriculum which are completely linked to the requirements and needs of the labor market determined by both field experts and employers. The research also monitored the productive roles of the university in the field of scientific research, specifically forming research teams that are updated every year to ensure that research projects are supported by the educational institutions and the productive and beneficiary ones. The research also extracted the productive roles of university in the field of community service, specifically providing educational, cultural and awareness services on a regular basis in qualitative fields to members of civil society of all ages, which increases the positive attitudes towards universities.
