المستخلص: This study consists of establishing an inventory of companies regarding their transition process from the ISO 9001 version 2008 to the 2015 version. 70% of the companies surveyed have started their transition process to the 2015 version. the state of progress of these companies in the application of the new requirements of the standard, our results show that the majority of companies, a rate of 58%, are advanced in the integration of the new requirements of the standard. The least understood ISO 9001 requirements chapters are "organizational context" and "planning".

Cette étude consiste à établir un état des lieux des entreprises quant à leur démarche de transition de la norme ISO 9001 version 2008 à la version 2015. 70 % des entreprises enquêtées ont entamé leur démarche de transition vers la version 2015. En vue d’évaluer l’état d’avancement de ces entreprises dans l’application des nouvelles exigences de la norme, nos résultats révèlent que la majorité des entreprises, soit un taux de 58%, sont avancées dans l’intégration des nouvelles exigences de la norme. Les chapitres d’exigences de la norme ISO 9001 les moins maîtrisés sont le « contexte de l’organisme » et la «planification».
