المستخلص: With the development and expansion of the phenomenon of globalization, measurement according to international standards has taken great importance in the world, with 1200000 certified ISO 9001 institutions registered at the end of 2013. This article attempts to answer a problem rarely studied in the context of developing countries, related to the effects of ISO 9001 on accredited Algerian institutions. Following a review of the literature on the implications of applying quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, we present the results of a survey conducted on a sample of 10 accredited Algerian institutions.
The results showed consistency with other works where they showed a positive impact on the business performance of enterprises internally and externally, but there was a discrepancy on the impact of some emergency factors with research conducted in other contexts.

Poussée par la mondialisation des échanges de biens, de services et des finances, la normalisation a pris une ampleur importante dans le monde. Près d’un million deux cent mille organisations sont certifiées ISO 9001 en 2013. Le présent article tente de répondre à la question, peu étudiée dans le contexte des pays en développement, des effets de la norme ISO 9001 sur les entreprises algériennes certifiées. Il présente les résultats d’une enquête réalisée sur un échantillon de 41 entreprises algériennes certifiées. Les résultats montrent une concordance avec d’autres travaux relatifs à l’effet positif sur les performances des entreprises en interne et en externe, mais une discordance quant à l’influence de certains facteurs de contingence.

بتطور وتوسع ظاهرة العولمة، أخذ القياس وفق المعايير الدولية أهمية كبيرة في العالم، حيث سجل رقم 1200000 مؤسسة معتمدة ايزو 9001 في نهاية عام 2013. تحاول هذه المقالة الإجابة على إشكالية نادرا ما درست في سياق البلدان النامية، المتعلقة بتأثيرات المقياس ايزو 9001 على المؤسسات الجزائرية المعتمدة. وبعد مراجعة الأدبيات المتعلقة بالآثار المترتبة على تطبيق نظم إدارة الجودة وفقا لنص ايزو 9001، نعرض نتائج دراسة استقصائية أجريت على عينة من 10 مؤسسة جزائرية معتمدة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج الاتساق مع أعمال أخرى حيث أظهرت تأثير إيجابي على أداء الأعمال للمؤسسات داخليا وخارجيا، ولكن وجود تباين بشأن تأثير بعض عوامل الطوارئ مع بحوث أجريت في سياقات أخرى.
